Härlig 1 BR / 2 BA lägenhet i charmiga Duck, NC. Denna lägenhet på andra våningen är perfekt för par eller små familjer. Den har ett rymligt vardagsrum m / bäddsoffa, ett uppdaterat, välfylldt kök och matplats, sovrum med dubbelsäng, två fulla bad och en våningssäng alkov i korridoren. (Lakan och handdukar ingår inte.)

Njut av vacker havsutsikt från det stora däcket! Du kan också sitta utanför ytterdörren och njuta av en annan havsutsikt.

Gratis WiFi, plattskärms-tv med kabel, DVD-bibliotek och spel finns.

Koloni vid havet är en lätt 15 minuters promenad till Duck Village med restauranger, shopping och en vacker soundside boardwalk! Gemenskapen har en pool vid havet (öppet säsongsmässigt, väder tillåter) utan dusch, solterrasser, två tennisbanor, basketplan, grill, picknickbord och gungor. Det har också en strandpromenad och tillgång till privat strand.

Observera att detta är en lägenhet på andra våningen i en byggnad utan hiss. Du har en reserverad parkeringsplats intill trapphuset. (Ytterligare parkering finns i västpartiet.)

Great beach access, clean and comfortable.

Easy communication, clean and updated condo with a spacious deck. Short walk to a fantastic beach and the community pool. Great week for our family of three, safe, quiet and close to all the shops and restaurants of Duck.

Great condo in Duck

My wife, 2 kids (6 and 8 years old) and I spent a week here. The space was clean, everything was just as it was listed, and very close to the pool and beach access. The owners were quick to respond any time we had a question. We had a great vacation here!

great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Not as much of a view of the ocean as we would have liked, but just a short walk to the beach, and at least in May, it was not crowded. Kitchen well equipped and very comfortable over all.

We enjoyed our stay. I would have liked to have a washer and dryer in the condo and I would recommend leaving more than one bath towel per person. The condo was clean and comfortable and the view of the ocean was lovely.

Wonderful Spring time vacation!

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment’s location is ideal with its close access to the beach on one side and easy walk to the quaint village of Duck on the other. We took advantage of many of the available amenities: tennis courts, grill, laundry all met our needs. Our teens were disappointed but the poor condition of the basketball court.

Great spot for a couple or small family

This condo has everything you need for a relaxed get away to Duck! We had all the comforts of home and the condo was well apportioned with everything we needed. Location is great and easy to get to everything while being oceanfront. Great stay!

Duck apartment

the location is fantastic. Easy access to the beach and pool and Duck itself is very walkable. The living room kitchen area in the apartment is comfortably large. We very much enjoyed our stay in the area.

Charming!

We loved our time in the apartment. The apartment is set up really well for a couple or small family and has everything you need for a week at the beach. The property is conveniently steps from the beach (which while we were there, had a sandbar and calm, slow waves) and a very short drive or ~20 min walk from downtown Duck. The hosts are amazingly responsive and kind. Would love to go back someday!

We loved our stay! Duck is adorable. Ocean views. Great pool. Beach access. Attentive and responsive hosts. They were truly wonderful. Condo is perfect! Cute and well equipped. Everything in walking distance. Easy drive to all the hot spot activities. Highly recommend!

Great location(close to town and a quick walk to the beach). Nicely equipped and and really nice balcony. The best part was the hosts. They responded quickly to my questions and concerns and were super friendly every time. Would stay again.

Oceanfront Gem in Duck

We recently stayed for a long weekend and already want to come back! The condo is steps from the beach and walking distance to the heart of Duck with all of our favorite shops/restaurants. Jay & Cathy were wonderful hosts who responded promptly to any question.
