This was our second time staying here. It is a nice place to relax that is just a few minutes from town. It is quiet and the view is nice from the front porch. The place is always clean and has everything you need.

We really enjoyed our stay! This space was clean and spacious. It also came with a few dog friendly items like bowls, baggies, and a ball to play in the yard with. Beds were comfy and the Wi-Fi was speedy. Getting into the space through the check in process was seamless. Definitely will be back to see the changing leaves next year! Thanks for a great time!!

This little cottage was such a breath of fresh air for my pup and I. The house was so so cute, the yard was perfect and it was just a short drive to downtown Asheville. I will absolutely be staying here again!!

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The evenings, nights, and mornings were serene and the sun sets and rises were stunning. The dog loved having a fenced yard, and so did we. Thank you you, Austin, for being a good and gracious host. :)

Very nice place. It met our needs. One suggestion would be to explain the lockbox on the double doors and that the key opens the single front door. We were a little confused by this since we had never dealt with a lockbox before. Also would suggest having more hangers in the closet otherwise everything was very nice and we shall return.

We had fun. We appreciated the little touches, like poop bags for the dog, linens, soap in the bathroom, condiments in the kitchen, and sweet fairy lights in the living room, The sheets were really soft.

What a beautiful view and relaxing porch to chill or have a bite outside. All the amenities needed were available to us. Perfect location to go between downtown and the River Arts district while still only a 7 min ride back to the house.

I loved the quiet peace and beautiful views from the porch. My dog loved the yard!! The house was perfect for a quiet retreat for me and my dog.

Property was as advertised. Very quiet location, comfortable beds and very clean upon arrival. Great communication with the owner. We had good weather and enjoyed sitting out on the covered deck with views of distant mountains and wildlife in the field. We didn't bring our dog, but she would have enjoyed the large fenced in area that adjoins the covered deck and patio.

We were thrilled with the fenced yard for our English Springer Spaniel and the deck for our relaxation. We were close to everywhere we wanted to go. The home was very clean, which we appreciated. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed the view.

Exactly what we were looking for! The property was perfect for our small breed dog: nicely secluded yet close to everything we needed. Very clean and comfortable. Austin was a great host who communicated quickly, even though we didn’t have any issues!
