This convenient, eclectic, industrial neighborhood is located about 8 minutes from the heart of downtown Asheville! Across from the house is The Mill at Riverside, complete with local artists' studios and High Five Coffee Shop. Just up the way is Woodfin Riverside Park, located directly on the French Broad River with waterside benches and a pedestrian path. You'll be so close to water activities such as floating, paddle boarding, kayaking, and fishing during the warmer months.

Great Short Stay

The house was perfect for a quick weekend stay. It was clean, cozy, and in easy distance to downtown. I would stay again!

Nice place

Easy check in and overall nice place. Didn’t realize it was on a busy street so it was a little noisy. That really was ok with us. Was clean except there was a pot of coffee (full) left behind. We decided to sleep in the back bedroom as it was less noisy but the sheets looked like they hadn’t been changed. There was human and dog hair on the sheets.

Lovely!!

We had a fantastic stay!! The house was very cute and clean. The location was great and the hostess was super responsive. 10/10, would recommend and we would totally stay here again.

Great spot!

My family and I enjoyed are stay at the Bungalow! The host is very accommodating on letting us have an early check in and late check out for our toddler! There was also a nice backyard fenced in for our dogs to play in! Would definitely stay again

Cute 1920’s Bungalow

This was a good option for us to stay, while attending a family reunion in Asheville. We didn’t spend much time at the house, but it was perfect for our family of 3 and our 2 dogs. We did go for walks by the river and visited a nearby pirate playground that our daughter loved. We would stay here again!

Excellent Getaway

This was an excellent mountain getaway/stay...The Host was easy to get a hold of and excellent...Was able to accommodate an earlier check in as well...The house was super clean and taken care of and excellent outside fire pit...Would recommend to anyone!

We stayed for the evening to see the greatest modern rock band, King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard. Wonderful show and an even better rental property! 10/10 We had a fantastic time.

Quaint and clean

Everything about this place was great. It was exactly what my daughter and I were looking for during our yearly Asheville trip. It is close to everything we wanted to do and across from the French Broad and small park. We loved it.

Mellow wonderful small house

This is a wonderful simple house. I was basically relaxing during the pm and going on hikes during the am The only negative is it’s hard to back up out of the drive way if you are by yourself

Great house

The property was perfect for our short stay. Very clean and well equipped and the communication was outstanding with the owner. Our dog was able to join us and enjoyed the back yard. Only downside was that the street was busy in the mornings and evenings. But would recommend highly.

Asheville Weekend!

We booked this place for the weekend because we was seeing a concert at the salvage station, this is about 9 mins from there if that as well as about 8mins from downtown, just a great location. There is a coffee shop close by about .3 miles from the house as well. Place was super nice, clean and loved the backyard for the dogs. 5/5. Would def stay here again for our next show we attend.

Great house, a couple of cleanliness problems

The place was nice and very well air-conditioned with a couple of significant cleanliness issues: there was animal hair all over the bedspread in the master bedroom despite house rules about no pets on the bedding, and the shower curtain is overwhelmingly mildewed. We didn't need to communicate with the host, but with all the other positive reviews, I'm certain she would have been responsive and attentive. The space is very nice, and a great location.

Great affordable option for visiting Asheville

My guests and I really loved our visit to Asheville, in large part due to this property. The host was very accommodating, the house had plenty of space, the living room and kitchen were perfect for us, and it was close enough to Asheville for us to visit everything we wanted to see. The only things I can say that I didn’t enjoy about the property were: - a nasty smell outside coming from the factory across the road (you get used to it but it’s not great) - The tiny bathroom - steep driveway Overall, I definitely recommend this property if you’re looking for an affordable place to stay near Asheville!
