This updated cottage is steps away from the lake and complete with everything you need to make summer memories enjoying the sun at the lake, or ice skating in the winter. The front screened in porch is the perfect place to wind down after a day of fun in the sun. The cottage is also just steps away from a public playground which includes bocce ball and cornhole. Perfect for groups of friends or families!

Enjoyable cottage visit

We had family come into town for my son's wedding so needed space for the out of town guests. Lovely house with plenty of room. Didn't get chance to enjoy the beach or water as we were busy with the wedding events. Little surprised that weren't given information about access to beach but house couple doors down did provide information. Enjoyed stay.

Awesome property

Adorable spacious house just off the lake with a wonderful screened in porch perfect for morning coffee and view of the lake. Such a great location in a quiet area with a great host. Was perfect for our family weekend. Wish we could have stayed longer!!

Family Get Together

We chose this property for our family get together because it provided a number of amenities both on and off the property. The property had four good size bedrooms, two with multiple beds that allowed each family unit to have their own space. There was a poker/gaming table that was the perfect place to work on a puzzle. The couch was large and comfortable. The screened in front porch was a dream with a large table big enough for all of us to eat at on one side with a swing and chairs on the other. We spent a huge amount of time there. We were basically across the street from Chippewa Lake and a small playground. While there are private and public areas at the lake there are restaurants, small grocery stores, walking paths, a Starbucks, Dairy Queen, etc. within a couple mile radius of the house to handle any needs or cravings that arose. It provided a great space to hang out and visit which is what we were looking for. A grill would have been nice but the kitchen was well equipped and the host was attentive to an issue when it did arise.

Nice place to stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Chippewa Lake. Everything was comfortable in the house and the lake close by was a bonus. We got to go to the NFL and Rock and Roll Hall of Fames and had plenty of places to eat - all well within distance of the house. Sylest was available to us by email and quickly responded to any questions. We didn't have any issues with the house and it was as described. Thank you for letting us stay in Chippewa Lake.

Chippewa Lake is a little slice of heaven. The community is so welcoming and fun and has so much to offer from boating, kayaking, swimming, fishing, biking, parks, and just relaxing.

The cottage is just steps away from the lake and public park. Also within walking or a quick drive are restaurants and another park complete with tennis and basketball courts.
