Cheer competition

We were in Pensacola for my granddaughter cheer competition. The house was perfect close to the beach and close to the Pensacola Bay center. Daniel was very nice and willing to help us anyway he could checking on us if we needed anything. Security cameras front and back. We will definitely stay here again

Great if you are Pensacola bound

If you like us were looking for a place near to the colleges in Pensacola, then this is the place to stay. The property manager has strict rules that do not allow for smoking inside the property. (Nothing against you that do but those of us who do not appreciate this rule!) The property manger was more that helpful and very accommodating. You are minutes from most restaurants (if you don't want to drive there are the food delivery apps), stores, and more importantly the college. We had no issue with noise or neighbors. Will absolutely be checking availability when are travel plans lead us to Pensacola.

Property was nice, but needed some updating in bathroom and living room furniture. Couch was pretty worn. Bathroom very old.

Taking son to college

This was a cute little bungalow in an up and coming neighborhood. Very nicely refurbished with a twist of vintage charm. The owner is very communitive and answers all questions in a lightening speed manner.

The property owner was very attentive. I mentioned the kitchen needed a tea pitcher and he delivered it that very day after he got off work...the home was immaculately clean and very comfortable...l would suggest this home to anyone who is visiting Pensecola...l would stay here again...l only marked three above boxes because we ate at the house and did no shopping...

Amazing host!

Hands down my favorite host so far. They checked on us threw the app multiple times during our stay, answered any questions we had (even on Christmas day), and had the home stocked with everything we could need and more. Our only complaint is one of the neighbors every night blared their sound system for about 2 hours from 8pm-10pm like clock work. Hoping it was just for the holidays and it's not a regular thing they do. Location of the home was perfect for our needs. Within 11 minutes from everything we needed and wanted to do. Hands down recommend this home!

Nice little house

This house was perfect for myself and my 3 children, ages 3 months, 3 years, and 6 years. We stayed for 10 days. Most of the essential home items we needed while there were provided. Communication from the owner was great. The house was a central location. I was very happy with my experience. I would stay here again.

I truly enjoyed the coziness of this little hideaway. It was conveniently located at PCC, shopping, and the beach. The place was very clean and the beds were really comfortable (like sleeping at home).

Felt at home

Our stay was comfortable with a feeling of being home. House is on a dead end street and fenced around. Besides the fireworks on the 4th and days after it was quite. Daniel was in touch and available if needed, which we did not. I would recommend the home to others. It's not a fancy home but suit our needs. The beaches are not far or downtown Pensacola. Just an enjoyable stay.

2 Week Stay!

From day one of booking until the day of check out, our friends and I loved it. Beds were super comfortable and loved being able to buy groceries and cook and/or bbq with the grill in the backyard. Loved the neighbors across the street. We would 100% stay again. Thanks so much!!

Solid Rental

Everything about the property was good. For the price you can’t beat it. There’s nothing fancy but it’s a place to stay that’s clean and has all the necessities. The neighborhood is a little shady but nothing that seemed dangerous.
