Newly renovated in 2022. This 3 Bed 1 Bath sleeps 9 guests & features upgraded luxury Vinyl Plank flooring & new furniture. Brand New Bedroom furniture featuring very comfortable Memory Foam mattresses. The kitchen is equipped with Quartz countertops, Microwave, Stove, Water Filter Pitcher, Keurig coffee machine w/ pods, Ninja Blender, cooking supplies & a refrigerator/freezer. 2 Bedrooms feature queen size beds with 12 inch memory foam & 1 bedroom features a Full over Full Bunk Beds. One bedroom & the living room each has a 43â Smart TV w/ Chromecast & free Nerflix. Dining table sits 6 guests and the living room sleeper recliner sofa sleeps 1 person.
Workstation sits 2 guests.
Thereâs 1 Carport & 2 additional uncovered parking spots on the driveway. The property is fully fenced and features a very large backyard.
