The townhouse was comfy and cozy!! We really felt like it was our home away from home. Communication with our host Ed was wonderful!! He checked in during our stay and was very responsive when we had any questions.

This property was absolutely beautiful for our family mini vacay to Orlando. It felt like home. Ed communicated throughout the process quickly, check in and check out was an easy process. Beautiful town house . Loved the area . Very close to universal. Maybe 15 minutes away . The host was on top of everything. He made it very easy for us and was in communication the entire time . Close to lots of food choices and super Target .

Suited us well as a family if 4, going to Universal, which is about a 15 minute drive away. Sometines i drove, sometimes got Uber (varied from 12-20, always prebook your return).Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby.House was large and comfortable. Sofa bed in 3rd bedroom was ok.A much better value and more luxurious option than booking a Universal hotel, yet still close-by to everything, and fairly priced.

Ed was great! He went above and beyond for our family vacation! The appartment was very clean and beautiful! The locatoin was great for traveling Orlando and Universal Studios! Highly recommend, would deffinately stay here again!

Universal family un

We rented this beautiful townhouse for a long weekend trip with family to visit Universal Studios. The house was beautiful, great location (about 10 minutes from the park) and was stocked with everything we needed for our stay (minus food but again, great location--there is a Super Target across the street). Would definitely stay here again.

Quiet, safe, clean, and convenient

We loved the proximity to Costco, Universal, and only an hour to Cocoa Beach! Slept great at night and had all the conveniences of home!

First time snowbirds!

Great location for busy on the go people! Had our daughter and grandson come for week and they loved how much room there is. The only downfall, but not for us is the flight of stairs. The owner was so accommodating and kept in touch.

Fantastic property and owner

The house and owner are absolutely fabulous. Everything you need to know is provided. The only downside, which wasnt enough to change my rating, the garage is a very small one car garage. It is designed to for a compact; I have a Chevy Tahoe SUV and it was a very tight squeeze.

Nice place for my weekend stay
