Cirka 10 minuters bilresa till attraktioner i DOWNTOWN. 20 minuter eller mindre till DISNEY World entré. Mycket nära INTERNATIONAL DRIVE och RESTAURANT ROW om en 5 minuters bilresa. Huset har ett bekvämt och rymligt vardagsrum med öppet koncept och sovrum. 3 sovrum, 2. 5 bad över 1600 kvadratmeter med bifogad uppfart parkering och pool. Alla nya golv och badrum ombyggdes för mindre än ett år sedan.

Beautiful town house . Loved the area . Very close to universal. Maybe 15 minutes away . The host was on top of everything. He made it very easy for us and was in communication the entire time . Close to lots of food choices and super Target .

Ed was great! He went above and beyond for our family vacation! The appartment was very clean and beautiful! The locatoin was great for traveling Orlando and Universal Studios! Highly recommend, would deffinately stay here again!

We loved the proximity to Costco, Universal, and only an hour to Cocoa Beach! Slept great at night and had all the conveniences of home!

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay at this location even though it was cut short by hurricane Milton. Home was as described, very neat and clean. Master bedroom bed was very comfortable. Very quiet neighborhood. Property was located very close to lots of shopping and dining. The owner was great in communicating with us through the storm and us having to check out early. We would recommend this location.

Ed's place is great. Had no issues with check-in. Gate and door codes worked perfectly. The place is spacious, it was perfect for 4 of us. The best part is the location. ~20 minutes from the theme parks, super convenient.

Absolutely beautiful inside and out, clean as a pin. Furnished with everything you need. Unusually quite and located close to all attractions. Dinning that ranges from $$$$ to $$ with a very large selection of food choices. We loved everything about this place ❤️ 💜

Ed is a great host & the place is just right for Universal!

We had a wonderful time staying at Ed’s place for 8 days, visiting Universal for 5 days. Great location around the corner from the mall and lots of restaurants. Close to Universal for our family of 5. Well stocked townhouse. The dryer went out and Ed promptly scheduled repair service. He texted us before our stay and even accommodated us dropping off our food/luggage while housekeeping was finishing up before checkin. The communication was better than any place we’ve stayed before. 🤩 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Home away from home

So happy we chose to stay at this townhouse in the Millenia area. Close to everything but also in quiet & safe neighborhood. All our needs were met and the owner quickly communicated with us when there was a couple of issues and found a solutions. Living room is very comfy with large TV for viewing. Kitchen nicely stocked with appliances , seasonings from prior guests. Directions for use of condo clear. Bedrooms are all cozy and comfortable. Bathrooms were spotless . Having a garage and driveway was nice to have parking for 2 vehicles.Highly recommend this VRBO & the owner Ed. . Will stay again when in the area.

Communication is important.......

Ed's condo is well situated in a safe, gated community near the Millennia Mall and other Orlando attractions. It was clean and spacious. Felt like a rental property, rather than someone's home. The only area that we felt needed to be tightened up was the communication. Our initial access through the locked gates was achieved via a phone call to Ed. Later that evening, we were stuck outside the locked gate until a kind resident opened it for us because Ed did not answer his phone at 10:30PM. Ed ultimately explained the key-card procedure (which was not explained in the guest book) via text the next day and the rest of our stay went smoothly. Anxious moments outside a locked gate could have been avoided if the guest book had contained accurate and complete information.

Beautiful home, quiet neighborhood

I visited Orlando for the first time since moving back home to AZ and was nervous about location and pricing, but Ed's property was in the right price range and had tons of potential if I had to work during my stay. My friend and I stayed and could easily connect to the internet via ethernet to work a few days during the week we stayed. I also continued my gym routine and could use the facilities provided. The gym is very small and only (as of 10/2/23) has 2 treadmills, 2 ellipticals, and 1 stationary bike. There are no free weights or machines. This wasn't a deal breaker for me, but be aware if you plan to use the gym while vacationing. Ed's home was clean and beautiful. The stairs are a little shallow so it was slightly difficult for me and my friend to carry our luggage up to the bedrooms, but we are both under 5'5" and that could simply be an 'us' concern. The bedrooms are far enough apart that we had complete privacy after spending all day together. I loved the primary suite and utilized all but the tub. We were also there for some fun, and the Uber/Lyft ride was around $20 each way without a promotion to Universal. You could easily drive and park there as well within 15 minutes. If I visit Orlando again and Ed's property is available, I will stay here again! Thanks for everything!

Suited us well as a family if 4, going to Universal, which is about a 15 minute drive away. Sometines i drove, sometimes got Uber (varied from 12-20, always prebook your return).Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby.House was large and comfortable. Sofa bed in 3rd bedroom was ok.A much better value and more luxurious option than booking a Universal hotel, yet still close-by to everything, and fairly priced.

Family Universal Studio Vacation trip

We had a great stay in Orlando. Ed was great to work with and the property was exactly as described and pictured. More than enough room for my family of 4 (2 teenagers) everyone had their privacy. Great location only 14 min drive to Universal Studio parks, close to plenty of shopping and restaurants also! Will definitely recommend Ed and his property, and will stay again when I return to Orlando area!
