Communication with Property management was good. We loved the location and how comfortable the beds were as well as listening to the river and the beautiful view of the trees and river. It's a quick 8 minute walk to downtown Breckenridge where we have lots of favorite spots!

Our favorite stay yet in Breck!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had the best summer stay in this beautiful home! The location is perfect for hiking & a short walk to town. We loved having access to the community pool/jacuzzi. The house is super comfortable, well stocked. We loved the river view! Everyone at summit mountain rental was wonderful to work with! I highly recommend booking with them.

Great spot - very spacious, close to town. Fantastic trees/creek view and loved hearing the creek. Property manager was quick to respond when we had a question about parking, even in the evening. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great spot in Breck. Can walk to Main St easily. Kitchen is well stocked. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Location!

We loved our stay at Tannenbaum by the River! The home was clean and well stocked for our stay. The property manager was quick to respond to any questions we had during our stay and the location couldn’t have been more perfect. We were able to walk into town, jump on trails and enjoy the sound of the river right outside our unit. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a spot close to Breckenridge!

Easy walk into town right on the creek

This was a great property a few minutes walk to main street, easy to get in and out of and just as nice as the pictures posted online. We had a great time and will be back.
