Lovely property

We had a great visit and thoroughly enjoyed this rental. It is very clean and well decorated, everything was just as described. The view from the balconies was gorgeous. The rental is well stocked with everything we needed including a beach cart/chairs/towels for the beach. The bed and linens are very comfortable. Communication with the owner was easy and pleasant. We would definitely recommend and hope to stay again!

Everything and More!

This property is outstanding! Great location with beautiful views of the ocean and a conservation area with lots of wildlife. The condo was spotless and well equipped. Property owner was available for any questions and check in. We will definitely be booking another stay. Top notch!

Loved everything but...

This property is extremely clean and it is clear that they did some nice updates. The location was quiet and perfect for accessing the beach. The only major drawback was the bed in the main bedroom. I would give five stars if it wasn't for that. When you sat on the side of the main bed, it sunk down so far that there is no way it would have been supportive enough to have a good sleep. (And we are NOT overweight people but rather very in shape 60 somethings) Since, we spend 1/3 of the day sleeping, the mattress becomes a crucial part of whether we can have a restful vacation. It always seems to me that investing in a good mattress and couch that does not sink down when on it might be important for rental owners? We had to sleep in the twin beds, so we said it felt a bit like "summer camp" lol. Maybe if you are in your 20s the bed would be fine, but anyone over the age of 45 is likely to need a decent bed. We had a great time- just wish we could have slept in the main bed. We would come back if there was a change in the mattress. A teapot for tea drinkers would also be a nice touch :).

Beautiful oceanfront condo

Great condo with beautiful views. Quiet, updated and clean. Everything was in working order. Centrally located with supermarkets, pharmacies, and restaurants near by. A short drive to state parks and downtown historic St Augustine. Highly recommend. Candy was very responsive. Highly recommend.

Had a fantastic stay. The property was nice and the beach was quiet. Loved that we could drive out there and park right behind where we sat up our chairs! Condo was newly remodeled and in pristine condition. Would definitely stay again!

St Augustine Gem

The condo is just perfect and the oceanfront views are amazing! It was spotless when we arrived and there were little amenities left for us. Candy, the property manager, was so communicative and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Loved this condo - comfortable, clean, and great location

We've stayed in a lot of beach condos over the years and this was one of my favorites. First, the location is great. Sea Place is close to grocery stores and restaurants, and the unit itself has a beautiful ocean view and the pool and boardwalk are just steps from the door. Small touches were greatly appreciated, like cold waters in the fridge, full-size shampoos in the bathrooms, games in the living room, and laundry baskets in the bedroom closets. The beds are super comfy - we slept great every night! And best of all, there's a kitchen pantry with empty shelves to store groceries. That was a huge plus for me. The host, Candy, was super helpful and communicative, and I'd definitely want to stay here again on our next visit to St. Augustine.

Delightful beach stay

Spring Beach Getaway

We had a peaceful and quiet week with amazing Oceanfront Views and Sunrises. The location was perfect and the condo had everything you will need. We used each patio and enjoyed the views from both floors. Candy was super responsive and was a great host.

Wonderful!

Property is nice, unit has up to date furnishings. Quiet beach no large crowds which was nice! Close enough to grocery store, restaurants and shopping. Beach equipment provided, chairs, umbrella, and a few toys which was great! Pools were not overcrowded, also a plus. Would definitely recommend the property!
