Beach conditions:
As a note about the beach, directly in front of the property.
Due to Mother Nature, currents, and seasonal changes there is a changing dynamic of the amount of beach at any given time.
However, the beach is always in place, beginning just before MacArthur beach park, which is about 1/2 mile west. There are lifeguards, picnic shelters, and a shower located here.

The white sand beach goes west for many miles from there, making it one of the longest beaches on Kauai.

Close by are several surf breaks, for that person looking for a surfing vacation. The views from this home are truly exceptional. The location of this home, in the area known as Kekaha Sunset, is near the pristine dune backed Polihale Beach Park, the hiking trails of Kokee, the stunning scenery of the Waimea Canyon, and the shopping and restaurants in Waimea town.
