Denna 3/4 sovrum villa med privat uppvärmd pool, luftkonditionering & WIFI, ligger i en lugn bostadsväg och ett önskvärt område med naturlig skönhet.

Med sina vackra kustlinjer och naturliga landskap är det lätt att se varför It är känd som den dolda juvelen på Costa Blanca. Det är bara 2 km till stranden med många kvalitetsbarer och restauranger, men det har också 2 restauranger inom 2 minuters promenad avstånd och en skogspark med bordtennis, lekplats, grillmöjligheter och ett kafé med bar och mat öppet på kvällen.

Javea är en stad som har tre huvudområden, Arenal stranden som är kantad med vit sandstrand och palmer med en mängd härliga barer och restauranger som serverar internationell och lokal mat av hög kvalitet och ett stort urval av fina cocktails. Till andra sidan är hamnområdet där det finns en småbåtshamn, det är här du hittar det lokala fisket som äger rum. Längs strandpromenaden ligger en strandpromenad med många fina restauranger med utsikt över den fantastiska havsutsikten och stenstrandstranden, snorkling och dykning är mycket populärt i detta område.

Till sist är den vackra gamla staden Javea där den veckovisa marknaden äger rum, du hittar många smala gator med traditionella spanska hem och butiker med kaféer och barer som serverar tapas och viner, det finns vackra byggnader och en fantastisk lokal känsla värd att titta på .

Very comfortable and well equipped villa

Great villa with everything needed to enjoy your stay. Great communication with Julie the property manager and Spenser who looks after the pool and garden. Great pool that was used nearly every day of our stay. Easy journey from the villa to Arenal Beach, Javea, Calpe and Moraira and many other places. The villa was clean and any snags found were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Recommended 5*

Our Favourite Villa

We always stay here when we visit Javea. Location and villa is perfect. It is well managed and looked after. We are just sad it is already booked up for next year. :( Look forward to going back in 2025 if it’s free.

Wonderful stay

We had a relaxing & comfortable stay at this lovely villa. We were lucky with the weather & made a lot of use of the pool & sunbeds. Julie made the check in easy with her communications & was there to greet us. I appreciated the dressing table & full length mirror! The location is in a quiet residential area, about 7 minutes to the arenal beach so nice to get away from the tourist area.

We had a lovely stay in this villa in Javea. Julie was on hand to help with any questions we had and the villa itself was great throughout. There is restaurants a short walk away and the beach and supermarkets are a short drive. Everything you need for a relaxing holiday.

Amazing Villa

We’ve just spent a week at the villa and it was lovely. 4 adults and out 5 year old daughter who loved being in the pool every day. Everything we needed was provided, we loved a game of pool and table tennis and a swim in the heated pool. It’s a great location for Javea only a few minute drive down to the beach and restraunts. We can’t wait to come back again

Amazing villa

The villa is just as pictured, lovely pool and well equipped kitchen. Good air conditioning, check in was easy as Julie texted when villa was available as we had an early morning flight. We had lunch at Rossini which is 5 minutes down the road, there are several other restaurants within walking distance. We had two toddlers who loved the heated pool, plenty of sun loungers, bbq and some floats for pool. Would love to go again as Javea is a beautiful area and playa Arenal is a perfect beach.

Brilliant Villa in a great location

Had a fantastic time in this great Villa and would highly recommend staying here to anyone who watns to visit the Xabia area. Everything you need for a great holiday is at hand and the pool area is the icing on the cake with lots of sunbeds, a pool table and table tennis. Julie who looks after the Villa was on hand for anything you need and gave us a great welcome. We all said if we come back to this part of Spain we would definitely stay here again.

An excellent, quiet and private villa

My wife and I had a really excellent stay at this villa. The property was well equipped and lived up to expectations, though it was definitely the lovely private pool that had our heart. Tempting as the sights and sounds of Javea and Arenal were, we found ourselves drawn back to quiet poolside evenings, with warm swims in the peaceful surroundings. We really valued quality time to ourselves, made possible by this lovely property. A couple of nice restaurants are in walking distance and we really didn’t need any more! A few days in Valencia follow, which we greatly look forward to, refreshed by our quiet week at the villa. Would highly recommend and would definitely return!

Fantastic! First class.

We are a family of four with 2 x teenage daughters. The villa was first class and was equipped with everything you could think of and more. Set in a quiet area but only a short drive to the main area. The two restaurants within walking distance were fab. We would definitely like to visit again. Thank you.

Top of the range villa!

We have always booked villa's for our holiday each year usually in Spain. This villa was by far the most impressive and luxurious we've stayed in, 5 star! The owners have thought of everything to make your stay the most comfortable and enjoyable experience. Immaculately clean and so well equipped, I really didn't want to leave so relaxing. Excellent location to and such a quiet relaxing environment. I loved it so much I have booked it again for a couple of months time and can't wait to return. A huge thank you to the owners for such a fantastic, relaxing holiday.

Fantastic stay in a lovely peaceful villa

We had a fantastic stay at the villa and were very impressed how big the property was, the pictures do not do it justice. Communication throughout with Jeff the owner and Tim the property manager were second to none. The area was very peaceful and property was spotlessly cleaned and well maintained. The pool was well used by the whole family and was cleaned regularly. The villa provides nice little areas in the shade and sun and the fact the villa is not overlooked is also a major plus. So thanks again to this wonderful team.

Brilliant Week

Excellent week, villa is very clean and spacious and suited our party of four adults and three children perfectly, plenty of space around the pool and out door dining areas. Excellent inside facilities with the kitchen stocked with all the required equipment we needed. Couple of minutes in the car we were at the supermarket, beach and shop fronts and we also enjoyed the restaurant only a minutes walk away. Tim was on hand for anything we needed however the villa was well set up with guide books at hand that it was a very easy laid back week in a lovely villa and a resort we love. Would definitely stay again

Lovely villa, great location

We had an excellent week here in October half term and are booked again for Easter next year. A few ‘hiccups’ with check in but Jeff and his manager Julie were swift to deal with them. Julie is extremely kind and helpful. Pool is big and perfect for us and our 3 young children. Spent hours in it! Pool and tennis tables an added bonus. Kitchen is well stocked with all the equipment you need for a family. Even orange squeezers so we made fresh orange juice with the oranges picked from the garden. There is a lime tree too. There are a few good restaurants within walking distance but we only ate in Grandflo cafe which is lovely, great food and good little play area for the kids. Javea itself only 5 mins drive. Promenade & beachfront is great with lots of restaurant choices. Plenty of supermarkets a quick drive away. An hour drive back towards Alicante is DinoPark and the Fonts de l’Algar. Well worth a visit especially the waterfalls! Looking forward to coming back!

Relaxed, spacious and quiet!

Amazing villa, ample space for 8 adults and a two year old. Pool area was big and you had the sun all day! Fridge was big enough and provided cold filtered water. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Our only criticism would be the spare room attached to the main bedroom didn’t have air con. This is literally our only downfall other then that it was amazing. If you a group of 6 this is a must. Around 5 mins drive to the town and beach. Plenty to do, eat, drink and shop. Also supermarkets and petrol station within 5 mins. Would definitely recommend.

Family holiday

We had a lovely 10 day stay here, villa is beautiful but some minor issues, shower in main bathroom didnt work, table tennis table broken and kettle had to be replaced. Jill the property manager dealt with the issues and was lovely. Location of villa isnt great! Alot of building work accross the road which went on from 7am mon- fri also you definitely need a car if staying here as roads are very unsafe to walk on as no footpaths and also no shop or supermarket close by, all in we had a lovely family holiday and owners and property manager very good to deal with. Pool is stunning

Nice villa

Overall nice villa but needing small maintenance improvements ie metal catches on sun room door loose, some light bulbs replacing, cloths for wiping bathroom etc. Bathroom towels old and rough but main bathroom has recently been renovated so it’s lovely. Second bathroom loose towel rail coming away from wall. These small things let the villa down. outside space could be lovely with weeding and leaves removed. I know it was out of season but still needs to be presentable. Julie was very good addressing central heating and water issue in good time. Nice touch with the wines and chocs on arrival. Quiet area and close to Arenal.

Absolute Gem!

I really don't want to share how beautiful this villa is, as it is already constantly booked up! It is extremely clean, the bedrooms are all excellent, there are enough bathrooms that no one needs to wait for the loo or a shower, and the pool is a great size. We were able to swim in December and spend a few hours a day soaking up the rays on the sun loungers. The pool table is fantastic - although being winter it got dark around 6om so we couldn't play much after this as we couldn't make out the colours of the balls. The location was great for us. We had a hire car so it was about 7 minutes to drive to the beach, karting, paintball, and some supermarkets in a few directions. There were a couple of restaurants in walking distance but being pitch black lanes with no path, we did the 1 minute drive to get to them. The owner was friendly in his communications with us and the house manager, Julie was an absolute star. She answered any questions we had, recommended places to eat and was just lovely. I would definitely recommend this villa.

Super stay in super villa with super support

The villa is beautiful and at a high standard. We were affraid that the spaces would be smaller, but if anything, it felt bigger then on the pictures. It has several spacious seating areas, as well inside as outside. The kitchen was for us the most beautiful part of the villa, equiped with all we needed (also cutlery-wise) . The pool is spacious as well, and after the heating was set correctly we got a watertemperature of 28 celsius (around new years eve, so coldest period of the year). Contact with Jeff and Danielle (owners) was pleasant and super fast. As well with Julie (propety manager). Julie really went out of her way to help us. she was marvelous. There was some work in progress at the back of the villa (stopped during our stay, and we were advised in advance, there was no bother on our side), so we are sure the villa will be even more beautiful. If we go back to Javea we will definitly contact Jeff and Danielle again!.

Absolutely Fantastic

From the day of making an enquiry to the moment we left communication was excellent. Julie made contact with us a few days before our arrival with information about the check in process. We were just getting out of the taxi when she arrived. After showing us around the villa I asked for a local taxi company’s phone details as we needed a trip to supermarket before our car was delivered the next morning. Not only did she give me phone numbers but she dropped my daughter and I to Consum. This was very kind and thoughtful. We unpacked and found plenty of storage for all our clothes. I always take extra coat hangers but didn’t need them. The furnishings and decor throughout was tasteful and comfortable. The island in the kitchen was well used at breakfast and lunchtimes. Dishwasher and washing machine were both easy to use and of good quality. It was great having a large fridge and freezer too.There were many options for eating both inside and out. As we were there for three weeks in August we used the main dining area opposite the kitchen. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, cutlery/glasses plates etc.There were so many areas to sit in comfort all together or in smaller groups. Often in villas there is always a downside, here there wasn’t one. The outside was just as amazing as the inside. The pool man certainly knew how to keep a pool crystal clear, it was well used 😊The pool table was also a huge hit. So basically we will be back. Thank you

Hi we are Danielle and Jeff, we live in Somerset with our two children and Daisy the sausage dog.

After going away on numerous occasions on expensive holidays and being disappointed with either the location, service, or standard of accommodation we decided to purchase a property in an area that we knew we would be able to enjoy our holidays year after year and whatever the season.

Unbeknown to us at the time, after researching suitable places to holiday, we visited Javea and soon realised that not only could this be a holiday destination but somewhere we could potentially live in the future.

We therefore decided in late November 2015 to purchase a detached villa with private pool and spacious accommodation. Having completed in March 2016 a full refurbishment was required and we have since not only completely redecorated, but installed a new kitchen, boiler etc we have made it a 'home from home'.

We spend as much time as possible at the villa and have therefore not only furnished it to a high standard but equipped the property with modern furniture and accessories, including an american style fridge freezer with ice maker and water dispenser, miele dishwasher, two eye-level fan-assisted ovens, washing machine. Fully equipped kitchen. Sky TV (including sky movies and sport), Wi fi, televisions in two bedrooms as well as living room.

There area a number of areas to choose from when dining, a table for 8 in the dining room, a table for 10 in the nayo and a table for 12 in the outside kitchen/bbq area.

As we will be spending time in the villa all year round not only have we installed air conditioning throughout but we have gas central heating and a heated pool for the winter months.

We hope you will enjoy our home as much as we do.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We bought Villa Rufino in 2016 because it was light & spacious and within walking distance of two restaurants, Pinosol park (which has a bar and play area for children).

The villa itself is set within a quiet residential area, with an open plan living area, large Nayo which both lend themselves to being ideal for socialising.

Outside of the property offers great privacy, with a fantastic pool area, outside kitchen area with built in bbq, and plenty of food prep space including two sinks.

The property also offers easy access to the beach (approx 2km), Javea golf course and the Bowls Club. There is also paintballing, go-karting and numerous watersports all within easy reach of the villa.

You will be spoilt for choice for places to eat in Javea not only does it have Michelin starred restaurants but good quality restaurants to suit all budgets.

There are Aqua Parks, Zoos, Theme Parks, boat trips to Denia and Ibiza, evening entertainment and shows all within 20-30 minutes drive from the villa.
