- Unique and stunning designer home in quiet upscale neighborhood of Seminole 7 mins from the beach. The perfect getaway that feels secluded while being close to everything!

- Entertainer's paradise. Outdoor dining table perfect for breakfast/lunch with a view. After, have a dip in the heated saltwater pool and relax in the jacuzzi.

- Beautiful Large sized kitchen. Large dining areas fits 12 people both inside and outside the house. This is a beautiful home your family and friends will love.

Other things to note:
-Free Disney+ Access on Both TVs, Brand New Samsung Smart TV + Sound system.
-Closest airport: Tampa airport (TPA 35 mins away), St Petersburg airport (PIE 20 mis away), Allegiant air is amazing and less costly.
-House is 7 mins from beach by car (lots of Uber), we provide umbrellas and additional chairs, cooler! Message us for more info.

House Rules:
1. No amplified outdoor music after 9pm. We advise to use pool till 8pm to avoid slip hazard. We are equipped with Minut Noise Sensors and Ring home system for your safety and compliance purpose.
2. Our garbage collection comes every Monday and Thursday; we appreciate you bringing out the garbage to the front.
3. Privacy protection: There is no video camera inside the house, noise detectors and security system are all outside.
4. Pet Policy: This is a pet-friendly property; we charge $50/pet for cleaning fee given the extra steps caused by pet hair. Please pick up pet poop timely.
5. Pool Heater: Pool heater is set to 85 degrees. We don't charge additional heater fee. Pool heater can be adjusted up for additional cost.
6. Myself is always available, 24/7. Please don't hesitate to ask us any questions at all, we strive for your best experience in the trip. Hope you enjoy your stay!

Nice secluded backyard

Was just as listed. Pool was nice and warm and loved the fenced back yard so didn’t have to worry about our dog. Great large seating area outside by grill for hanging out on nice days.

Too short but real sweet!

We had a very short (too short) of a stay in this great house. Lots of room for 5 of us to spread out. We had a couple of minor issues but the host responded and very quick and resolved them right away. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome 4 bdrm Home

This home fulfilled my need for a place for my family’s stay in the area while we took care of a family matter. It was a good location being 15 - 20 minutes from our needs including a drive to the beaches to see Milton’s and Helene’s damage. The house itself was great having all the supplies that we needed. When we needed assistance, Janelle was quick to reply and take care of our minimal situations. The house was well maintained with lawn service, pool maintenance, and pest control, since all visited during our stay. Thank you for allowing my family to visit! Ellen

Excellent Location!

We felt right home from the time we arrived until it was time for us to leave. Our host was great and was easy to communicate with. The home was cozy and the neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful. Any and everything you may need is so close and convenient and Clearwater Beach was very easy to get to. I recommend staying at this location!

This property was perfect for my extended family. The host made our stay amazing. We were welcomed with flowers and treats and the surprises continued throughout the week. She was so quick to respond to any questions. The property was so close to all beaches and many restaurants. I hope to stay here again!

Great Home for Family Vacation!

The house is in a great location for a family trip. Close to the beach and other attractions as well! The host, Kelsey, was amazing and provided excellent communication! She even had snacks and flowers delivered one evening. We could not have been more delighted with our experience. I highly recommend staying here!

Perfect All Around!

What a perfect vacation all around. The host was unreal. We have vacationed, but to have such great communication and attention to detail made this a perfect vacation all around. We received instructions before arriving, detailed instructions. We received suggestions for activities, places to go, things to see and we listened which made our nights out perfect as well. I do not have one complaint. My guests felt the comfort and space this home provided. My niece graduated from The University of Tampa and the house was the perfect place to host the family & friends. Our host provided all of the essentials you would want and expect (+ more). She sent us a delivery of ice, chocolates, snacks, and roses for my niece's graduation. Attention to detail did not lack at all! I cannot wait to rent this house again in the future. Thank you for making this the perfect event for my niece & our family.

FL Girls Trip!

My girlfriends and I rented this home to celebrate a bachelorette and absolutely loved our stay - the house was clean, communication with the host was excellent and timely, and the host proactively ordered a few items we requested for us. Overall 10/10 stay and highly recommend.

Great house!

We had a great time at this house- it has everything you could need. The pool was the perfect temperature and the house is close to Indian Rock’s Beach and Madeira Beach- John’s Pass was lots of fun. Owner very responsive!

When we got there the pool was 76 it was suppose to be heated we called and they sent someone over

Perfect retreat for extended family get-together

Tastefully decorated, nice open floor plan, great pool, and comfortable beds. We were a party of 12 family members including 6 kids for a relative's celebration of life. The two living areas were great for us to divide and spread out to talk and catch up. Kelsey was extremely responsive and took prompt action to make sure we had a wonderful stay. She is an excellent host with great communication skills. Home had plenty of towels, beach gear, and basic toiletries. Great VRBO experience. Thanks, Kelsey!

This house is modern and comfortable. The host is amazing and her communication was spot on. The location was perfect. Close enough to the beaches, but perfect for a family. Fabulous Find!

We’ve stayed is several VRBO’s with different family groups and by far this is the best one! We had 5 adults & 4 kids ranging in age from 4 months to 8 yrs. & the layout for this home was so spacious. The Master bedroom/Suite and one of the living areas was in one section of the house & the other three bedrooms & bath were on the other side. With a baby & toddler staying with Mom & Dad, this gave them the room to spread out. Two of the bedrooms had 2 queens in each room & were very comfortable & roomy. There was a third queen bedroom that was spacious as well. This house has a well-stocked kitchen, a dining room with a large table to eat and plenty of space to play games. The living room has plenty of seating so you can socialize with others. You can tell the owners wanted their guest to feel right-at-home by going above and beyond with the amenities to even having a Christmas tree for all of us to enjoy! The neighborhood was a very nice, quiet, & well-kept area. Even though we didn’t use the pool it was very clean & warm & had plenty of entertainment possibilities! The location was great, placing us within 45 minutes from Tampa Zoo & Bush Gardens & 10 minutes from the beaches. It was close to everything we needed, & our host Kelsey provided us with a great selection of suggested restaurants, beaches in the area. She was always readily available to answer any questions we had & we would absolutely stay here again. Thanks Kelsey!!

A Seminole Gem!

First, the neighborhood is very nice, quiet and well kept. The house itself is adorable. We loved it when we pulled in the drive. Entering the house it was just as pictured. Lots and lots of space for our family of 8. Two family rooms with large tvs. Four beautiful and spacious bedrooms. Kitchen is pretty and had everything we needed. A large dining table inside and out made our Christmas family dinner all we hoped. We were pleasantly surprised with a pretty Christmas tree! The pool is very clean and soooo nice and warm. We were able to use it the whole stay, even when it was cool outside. There was an issue with the hot tub but the owners responded quickly and kindly to the issue. We weren't able to use it but understood no repairs would be done during the holiday before our departure. We had a request for a couple of items and they delivered them to us. They went above and beyond and made every effort to accommodate us. They responded almost immediately to messages. I highly recommend this house. It was close to everything we needed. We would absolutely stay here again.
