Regency Towers is one of the well-established resorts with Great Amenities at a budget price! Great family resort lots for kids and adults to do on property and nearby. 2 large pools, Indoor Hot Tub Spa, Tiki Bar between the pools, 2 large grilling areas, and shuffleboard courts are on site. There is over 650 feet of sugar white beachfront for you to enjoy.

Regency Towers Beach Resort Is located on the east end of Panama City Beach. It is 1 mile west of St Andrews State Park, 3 Marinas with deep sea fishing charters, pontoon boat / Jet Ski rentals. There are many local restaurants nearby such as J Michael’s, Grand Marlin, Capt. Anderson’s Famous Seafood, Sisters of The Sea & Dive Bar, Patches Bar and Grille, Billy’s Oyster Bar and Schooners Last Local’s Beach Club and Open Air Restaurant on the beach. Just a 2.5 miles east of the Mega Beach Clubs Spinnaker, Club LaVela and Hammer Head Fred's.

$40 Per Condo Regency Towers Resort Registration fee is collected at time of check in to issue parking passes and pool ID bands. This fee covers 1 parking pass, for an extra it is $15.
Each renter will be issued 2 parking passes maximum. When we reach 70%(+) occupancy(Summer and busy weeks), then renters will be issued ONE pass for the inside lot regardless of occupancy of condo.

Final Payment for accommodations must be received 30 days prior to arrival. Exceptions made for last minute bookings.

Great Location & amazing views

Overall great stay. The condo had everything we needed & the property was very nice. They had community events going on throught the week, like Karaoke by the pool & a movie night on the lawn. Views were amazing from the condo & parking was easy.

Vacation w/ family

We had a great trip, and the condo is just like the pictures. We were on the 6th floor and really enjoyed the view. I would recommend condo to further guest.

Girlfriend Getaway

We loved staying here! The condo was extremely clean and nicely decorated. The building itself is well-loved needing new doors, but open it up and it is not disappointing! The view and beach could not be better. Nice quiet area. The tiki bar had great food and drinks with unbelievable low prices.

Loved the patio furniture. Every morning we watched dolphins while we sat on the patio and drank coffee. The pools were great. The heated pool was wonderful when the weather cooled off. Loved the food hut. So convenient. Best burgers on the beach. Beds were comfy, updated bathroom shower was great. Can’t wait to do it again!

Family Vacation 2023

The location was great, condo was nice. There were a few issues with the unit. Remotes to tv did not match tv, therefore they did not work. Called for service on Monday and they came out went and got correct remotes. The large unit on stove top broken, guest bed too hard. Overall stay was awesome! Tiki bar was very convenient, food and drinks. I would definitely stay here again.

Description states 2 bathrooms with tub and shower and one with shower. The br with tub and shower did not have a working shower and was obvious it had been worked on from the cutting of the wall behind the shower. Disappointed that everyone had to use 1 shower.

Condo is great. We could not get the tvs to work. I emailed and called with no answers!!! The kitchen stove had 3 burners that worked(small burners) 1 small skillet. Things need to be upgraded and the management needs to answer when there is a problem.

On the beach and clean and updated

We loved the place -- direct beach, furnishings, number of beds / baths .... but, I don't understand there not being at least a couple of extra rolls of toilet paper and paper towels. Barely had any of either -- way less than half rolls. No coffee filters, spices --- just normal things that we have ALWAYS had available in condos and townhouses. Also, there was not a blender. As many units as we have rented over the years, we've never experienced this. Our guests used to be owners of rentals and they were amazed that these simple key things were absent. We all were very ill about this. These things do not cost much and mean alot to a renter.

The unit was nice. Had everything needed. Comfy beds, superb shower with great water pressure. The heated pool was grand. The Bikini bar was great, loved the convenience. Wasn’t crazy about only 3 elevators for entire complex and the main one was slow.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was great, view also great. The unit was dirty. I normally don’t leave negative feedback but it was depressing the minute we walked in. The floors were sticky, there was red soda on the kitchen cabinets. The furniture had popcorn and untold kinds of crumbs. The air conditioning was inoperative when we got there. The repairman came around 8:00 pm and got it fixed, at least we were not sweating all night.

Rough start

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The first two days were spent dealing with issues - started when we arrived . Lock was corroded, couldn’t get in. Mgmt staff was very responsive and had the lock replaced - this should have been done a long time ago. The instructions for the TV were over 2 years old. Previous renters wiped out the TV app. Spent the 2nd day getting the TV’s working. Third day, Monday, the building started cutting out rebar in the building on both sides of us. Awful! Notices were sent to owners but your mgmt team knew nothing about it. We spent the rest of Monday, moving from a 2BR to an outdated 1 BR. Office not responsive now that I’m asking for a refund for the price difference.

We haven’t stayed in Thomas Drive in several years and we’re apprehensive about the location. Coming down without the kids and grandkids, we knew that many activities weren’t necessary. After our 5-night stay, we decided it was in a perfect location near our favorite restaurants, shopping center and just overall a fairly quiet area.

Winter Retreat

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo met our needs as snow birds. The kitchen was well equipped with a few exceptions. Only one kitchen towel and cloth, no storage containers so we bought some of those and left them. Rearranged the dishes so we would have room for food and supplies. Some of the cupboards and closets were filled with maintenance items and leftovers from remodel. Cushions for dining room chairs would be nice. I did not sleep well on the bed but my husband was good with it. Plenty of storage for clothes in bedrooms. Loved the kitchen table and outdoor furniture. Didn't realize the table expanded with hidden leaves until a week in!! Balcony furniture and view was nice. TV's were a nice size. Internet wasn't strong. Regency Towers itself is an old building and in need of repair and upgrades.

Everything was good. I had to sweep the floor because there was so much sane from the previous people that stayed there. There was not a coffee maker. We had to go buy one.
