The Pink House is aptly named for its distinct Floridian flair, which features fun flamingo-colored exteriors. This seven-bedroom vacation home can graciously accommodate sixteen beach-going guests. It has an outstanding location with a spacious exclusive lakefront setting just a short stroll away from the charming historic old village center of Grayton Beach. This locale exudes a wonderfully laid-back feel that immediately embraces you with a sense of tranquil beauty. It sits in a clustered grove of winding Live Oak trees out front and the shores of Western Lake out back. Coastal Dune Lakes of this kind are rare natural treasures found hardly anywhere else in the world.

They connect to salty waters like the Gulf with creek-like tributaries that flow in two directions depending on the direction of the tide. This creates a magical mixture of salted freshwater that provides a unique abundant habitat for various fish, fowl, and plants. This home comes with a partially covered dock on its shore, so you may try your luck fishing and launch a paddleboard or kayak to explore the lake. Within minutes you can paddle over to the beach on the southern side, which connects to the lake. The other side of the lake is part of the highly acclaimed Grayton Beach State Park, named "The Number One Beach in America" after an extensive nationwide study.

The open kitchen nearby includes a long, angled, white-topped island with paneled siding, crisp white modern cabinetry, and gleaming stainless steel appliances.

Each one of the bedrooms has comfortable cottage-style furnishings. The downstairs Master Suite has a king-sized bed with an adjoining bath with a tub shower combo that connects to a Guest Bedroom with a queen-sized bed. The other five bedrooms are upstairs with access to the spacious Sun Room and have access to two separate Hall Baths that include walk-in showers.
