BEACH LOVERS PARADISE-Gulf Breeze
Newly renovated, family and dog friendly bungalow conveniently located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood minutes from shopping and restaurants. The Bungalow has a well-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, work station, outdoor shower, beach essentials and front and backyard patios. We have everything needed for a day at the beach or backyard getaway with the family. The spacious backyard has a fire pit, hammock, six foot vinyl fence to secure your little ones or fur babies.
The bungalow is approximately 15 mins from Pensacola Beach and Navarre Beach.

Cozy home base for peeps and pups!

Breezy Bungalow provided just what we needed to make our vacation with our two dogs super relaxing. The home is so nicely appointed and the fenced backyard was key! The neighborhood is also perfectly located close to beaches, dog parks, shopping and within 20 minutes of the very cool, downtown area of Pensacola. There is currently quite a bit of road construction just outside the neighborhood, but they seem to be making good progress, so when completed it will be a net plus for the community. Audra, the property manager was extremely helpful and gave us some great local recommendations. She is also quite the dog lover and spoiled our two with treats and affection. We definitely recommend a stay here and hope that we can return again!

Not what we expected

Overall the house was clean. However, we had dogs and the yard was simply awful. It was infested with prickers and the smell from feces and urine was over powering. The house keeper communicated well however she was still in the house when came (as we asked to check in early) and she was still there after 5pm and we had to ask her to leave. We weren’t comfortable with her hanging around, even though she was nice, it was uncomfortable. The yard just wasn’t a nice place to hang out and my pups kept getting prickers in their paws. The toilets do not flush! Very disgusting and is frustrating when you’re staying with multiple people and it’s just unsanitary. The beds weren’t very comfortable either. I would not recommend and will not stay again.

Made some new friends!

Had a wonderful stay at Breezy Bungalow! Manager Audra was AWESOME! House was close to anything we wanted to do. Inside of house looks exactly as pictured. Loved having a fenced in yard for our dogs. Highly recommend!

Great rental

My family really enjoyed the bungalow. We had everything we possibly needed. Kitchen was well stocked and there was even a wagon, and beach accessories available to us. The fenced in back yard was perfect for my dogs. We will definitely be back.

Such a nice place

We love this place. They had roku's and places to plug in chargers everywhere. They had thought of everything that would help our stay. The house is super nice and loved that it had a washer and dryer. Perfect for a family and great communication. Would definitely stay there again.

Beach getaway

The cutest house which is a very short 15 minute drive to Pensacola beach. Quiet neighborhood and extremely clean! The communication was fantastic with the owner and the property manager gave us great recommendations. We would definitely stay here again!

If your looking for a quiet place to relax this is it! Savanah is a great host and her place was very clean with all the essentials you need! My Husband, I and our 3 boys were very comfortable! This was our 1st VRBO stay and it will be hard to top!

Perfect Coastal Getaway

Our stay at the Sea Breeze Bungalow couldn’t have been any better. The attention to detail that the homeowners has put into making this place an inviting vacation getaway was incredible. This place is located in a great neighborhood with easy access to everything. Close to shopping, restaurants, parks, and the beach. They had sand toys, beach chairs, beach umbrella, and coolers in the garage that we could use. The fenced back yard was perfect for our 4 kids and dog. The outdoor shower to wash the salt and sand off the kids and dog was one of the best things I’ve seen at any VRBO. Our kids loved the fire pit in the backyard and insisted that we do s’mores by campfire as soon as they saw it. We were able to relax and make some great family memories that we will never forget. The house was extremely clean and fresh. Recently updated and comfortable. We will absolutely be back, and highly recommend this place. Working with Savanna was GREAT!! We really appreciated the inviting and welcoming feeling of this place. 100% recommend

This is a great little house in a quiet neighborhood. House was clean and had everything we needed. It is just a short drive to the beach. Savannah was great to work with and was very quick to respond.
