Welcome to the Den - home near beach with arcade!
Located in a peaceful neighborhood in Gulf Breeze, Florida, your home away from home is just minutes from putting your toes in the sand & hearing the ocean waves! It is also close to tons of restaurants, shops, & Downtown Pensacola. You wonât regret staying in this amazing location. Our #1 priority is to make this experience comfortable, pleasurable, & memorable for you! We have a full kitchen, patio arcade, bonfire pit, free parking & free wifi.
This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home has 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, and a twin futon.
Youâll have access to the whole house, Patio Arcade, front porch, & shared backyard. Unfortunately, we no longer allow access to the washer & dryer, but we hope this doesnât deter you from staying with us.
**THE GARAGE SUITE IS SEPARATE AND MAY HAVE OTHER GUESTS AT THE SAME TIME AS YOU**.
Pets are allowed, but must be discussed with hosts prior to booking. $50 pet fee must be paid for and pet must be trained. You will be responsible for any damages from pet.
**We are partnered with a fishing charter company- Gulf Bay Charters. If youâd like to schedule a fishing trip on your stay here, please let us know so we can send you more info & help you arrange it!**

The neighborhood is extremely safe and family oriented. Itâs extremely close to the beaches (a lot of homes in this neighborhood are on the water). We hope you love it as much as we do!
