Your amazing vacation awaits in this beautiful, spacious condo featuring 1,500 sq ft and a large, private deck overlooking the pool & hot tub. This top floor corner unit sleeps 8 people with 2 bedrooms, a large loft and 3 full bathrooms. Includes a fully equipped kitchen, A/C, & Wifi. Secure, heated indoor parking provides safe and convenient access to your car. And an amazing location – hiking & biking trails just outside and minutes away from ski resorts, outlet shopping, restaurants & more!

Providing a five-star vacation experience, Crestview Condominiums boasts peaceful surroundings, scenic views, modern amenities, and an incredibly convenient and accessible location. This unit is located on the third (top) floor of the building which is accessible by an elevator from the ground floor heated garage. This complex recently completed a full exterior building renovation, so you can enjoy the comforts of upgraded windows and exterior doors as well as a stylish brand-new private deck.

This well-lit corner unit has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Slate tile flooring, Egyptian cotton sheets, beautiful artwork and décor, and a well-stocked kitchen are just some of the features that make this a place you'll want to relax in. Located on the top floor, with a large, private deck overlooking the pool and hot tub, you can enjoy the serenity of your surroundings without the noise of neighbors. And with TVs in each bedroom and the spacious loft, your entire group can stretch out and relax indoors as well. This condo also includes an assigned parking space in a heated garage and offers guest access to a private storage closet to stow sporting and outdoor equipment. There is a full-size washer and dryer in the unit so you can pack light and leave room in your suitcase for purchases from the Park City (Tanger) Outlets right across the street!

This unit has plenty of space to accommodate large families or groups. The spacious master bedroom features a king-size bed, walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom includes a queen-size bed. The loft has three twin-size beds as well as a queen-size pull out sofa bed. The unit also has three full bathrooms.

Crestview is a secure building with an assigned indoor parking space and additional parking outside under cover. Beautiful, scenic hiking and biking trails are located just behind the Crestview complex. The complex also features a private club house, workout room, pool and hot tub. The convenient location provides excellent local amenities. You are minutes from The Canyons (9 mins), Park City Mountain Resort (13 mins), and Deer Valley (17 mins). Alta, Snowbird, Solitude, and Brighton are all less than an hour away. Do not waste your money on ski-in ski-out and get stuck skiing the same resort. Local transit systems provide a variety of free transportation options to get you to the slopes or anywhere around town – you can even download their app and request free rides on demand! Take advantage of the free local shuttle service that picks up in front of the complex every 20 minutes or it’s just a 5 minute walk to catch the 101 bus which travels directly to the nearby slopes.

For convenient shopping, a 24-hour Wal-Mart as well as a Whole Foods Market are just around the corner. Just beyond that, Redstone and New Park Town Center provide ample dining as well as shopping options and a movie theater. Activities are available both winter and summer at the Utah Olympic Park, just over 2 miles away! Beautiful Main Street in downtown Park City is just a 15 minute drive and SLC international airport is just 30 minutes away.

GUEST ACCESS
Guest have access to the full condo and are provided with a key code for easy entry. Guests are provided access to the building's heated and secure garage, with one assigned parking space. Guests also receive access to the on-site amenities including the clubhouse, pool (seasonal), hot tub, and fitness center.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
In the Kimball Junction area, less than 20 minutes to three amazing ski resorts. Easy walking distance to the outlet mall. Within 1/4 mile of Whole Foods and other dining options. Just around 30 minutes to Salt Lake City International Airport. The Kimball Junction area of Park City has amazing amenities from restaurants, bowling, movies and shopping that you can't even find in downtown Park City. The location is also convenient to Salt Lake City.

Park City is the perfect year-round destination. 468 miles of recreation trails in the Snyderville basin are accessible out your back door from the paved bike/walking path that passes behind the property. Free bus shuttles and transit services via Park City Transit and High Valley Transit to ski areas and downtown PC. Walking distance to Park City (Tanger) Outlets and a short distance to Whole Foods, Walmart and a variety of restaurants.

Perfect location, close to everything.

Great trip! Beautiful views from the condo and perfect location-close to all the ski resorts, Park City, Salt Lake City, and shopping. We cooked a lot and the kitchen could have been equipped better, not a deal breaker. Beautiful spot! Meghan is a great host, her response time was immediate! Thanks

Great Park City Lodging

Our group of seven people (family and friends) had a wonderful stay in this penthouse corner suite. The parents each had their own bedroom and bathroom on the first floor. The three young adults (25 to 31) had their own bedroom and bathroom upstairs. The place is comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. The dining table easily accommodates six people and evening game playing. The views from the penthouse are terrific and the unit is only a minute walk to the outdoor hot tub and pool.The heated garage and storage closet next to the parking space is terrific. There is plenty of room for all your equipment in the closet.The Kimball Junction is filled with great restaurants, several supermarkets, shopping, a liquor store and convenient places to park if you want to take public transportation... all 5 minutes or less away.We used our SUV's to drive to both Canyons and Park City. It was only a ten minute drive to Canyons and you can park for free in the Cabriolet lot (check this for future ski seasons though). You can also park for free at the original Park City base lot next to the lifts IF you have 4 people in your car and pre-register to reserve your spot. All seven of us strongly recommend the penthouse suite.

Cozy and spacious

We had an amazing trip and loved staying at this cozy and spacious condo at Kimball Junction. We went with 6 friends and our toddler and had plenty of space. The short walk to the hot tub after a long day on the mountain was the perfect way to end the day. Megan was super responsive and accommodating to our group. We will definitely be back!

Thanksgiving treat

This was a fun holiday stay! The location was perfect for our family, the place was clean, well furnished for our needs and great size. Loved the underground parking, arrived and it was snowing! Information was provided timely and easy to deal with. Would love to do it again!

Nice place, exactly as advertised.

The location and value for this property were exactly what I was looking for. I had things to do in SLC so the easy freeway access was great, and then Park City was just up the road for fun shopping/dining/etc. The unit has some nice views of the surrounding mountains so it was much better than staying in the city. The unit is clean, comfortable, and has everything you need for an easy stay. The upstairs loft is cool and would be great for some kids or teens. You can certainly find fancier places up the hill closer to Park City but then you'll also pay a much higher premium price. I would stay here again without hesitation.
