This property was clean and the outside space was fantastic. We were in town for a wedding and this was the perfect place for our family to stay. The neighborhood is quiet and very pretty.

Great Stay

Perfect location for our family. Quiet neighborhood close to restaurants and shopping. Host was easy to communicate with and home was well supplied. Yard was amazing!

Great way to see Sacramento

Our stay at Oksana's was very enjoyable. The house was clean, comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped so that we had everything we needed. We especiallly enjoyed the lovely backyard with the beautiful redwoods. I highly recommend.

This house was beautiful inside and out, exactly as pictured! It was clean and comfortable. If we come back to Sacramento, this is where we are staying!

Great Location! Beautiful home!

We enjoyed our stay and wish we had had more time to enjoy the beautiful yard. The property is located near a beautiful little park in a quiet community. The host provided everything we needed and we felt very comfortable. We would definitely stay again!

Arden Arcade weekend trip

The house is comfortably furnished. The property has a nice set of patio areas above a small creek with plenty of greenery. My friends and I enjoyed our weekend stay.

Great location. Close to a fun park in a friendly, safe neighborhood. Fenced back yard that was perfect for the Frenchie. Beautiful property. Clean, comfortable, nicely decorated home. Well stocked with linens and towels. Had bathroom supplies and niceties. The kitchen had anything you'd need along with coffee, spices, and more!

Forest-like setting

It was all about the outdoors for my group of friends. We spent our time in the comfortable seating area under the redwoods. We loved it! There was one report of an excessively soft bed, but otherwise the home is comfortably furnished and the kitchen equipped with everything needed.

Spacious home with great outdoor patios

My family and I united for a gathering and were pleased to stay at this lovely home. It was clean, well-equipped and has a great outdoor area, including a hammock! The three bedrooms, plus the office, offered lots of room. We enjoyed the patio by the dining area, but didn't even have a chance to use the large patio down the steps. It was an ideal location for us, as my daughter lives 10 minutes away, and we were close to grocery stores and not far from restaurants. We definitely recommend it.

Very nice house for a 5-day stay

Very nice house in a good neighborhood. Well equipped kitchen with modern Samsung appliances. Comfortable beds, linens and towels. Great dining room table and chairs. The hall bathroom was actually better than the ensuite bath, which is smaller. Best of all, the grounds are terrific. Lots of places to sit outdoors among the redwoods. Too chilly for us to eat outside, but we'd have done so in warmer weather. The only issue was the kitchen fridge wasn’t functioning properly. The owner was aware of this and suggested that we use the garage fridge if necessary. Otherwise, everything else was at or above expectations.

Lovely outdoor setting

The outside was the star of the property. The inside however had unfinished projects and a few problems like light switches that didn’t work. The master bath was very tiny. Mattresses were comfortable. There were 5 of us staying there and indoor seating was minimal which was ok because we spent our time outside on the lovely deck. It worked for us, but we would probably look for a more high end property next time. Oksana was a lovely and accommodating host.

Quiet oasis for 2 and 4 legged guests

We were attending the Bernese Mountain Dog National Specialty at Cal Expo and I’d done lots of searching for a place that was convenient and dog friendly. I hit the jackpot! This house was perfect for our 6 adults and 5 show dogs. The big deck with comfortable furniture and a large grassy area were great for relaxing after a long day at Cal Expo. The hardscaping in the backyard is beautiful with another spot to eat near a stream. The neighborhood is very quiet and there is lots o shade in the backyard. The interior of the house is very nice. We especially liked the large dining area with comfortable chairs that allowed us to have long enjoyable dinners.
