You are personally invited to experience 'NamaStay' in Seacrest Beach West where you will be swept off your feet into luxury living on 30A as soon as you enter! The spacious first floor is the main living space that leads out to the stunning covered back porch and pool. The living room is cozy and open to the dining area complete with a table that seats six and five extra seats at the kitchen island. The kitchen has an over sized island, stainless steel appliances and a gas stove. Off the kitchen is a laundry room and a wet bar complete with a ice maker, mini fridge and sink. Escape out to the backyard where you will find a gas grill, big green egg, dining table, gas fire pit and of course the beautiful private heated pool!

The first floor master has a king size bed with views of the pool and private en suite with his and her sinks, a soaking tub, and walk in shower. There is also a half bath on the first floor. Head on up to the second level of this home where you will find three bedrooms, each with their own private en suite. The first bedroom has a king size bed and en suite with a double sinks and glass enclosed shower. Second bedroom has a queen bed and en suite with a single sink and glass enclosed shower. Third bedroom has a queen size bed and en suite with a single sink and tub/shower combo. The third floor loft has custom built queen over queen bunk bed, balcony and full bathroom with a single sink and glass enclosed shower. This loft is the perfect hang out for the kids! 'NamaStay' sleeps 12 guest comfortably.

This property is nothing short of luxury on 30A. 'NamaStay' is a short distance from Alys and Rosemary to the East. Or venture to the West to Seagrove, Seaside, Watercolor and more!

Great pool and bedroom layout

It was a great getaway for NYE with my family of 5 and 2 other couples. Everyone had their own room and the pool was heated so well steam was 5 feet off the water!

Fantastic vacay rental!

The house was clean, cozy and beautifully decorated. The backyard area was large and inviting with plenty of seating/lounging options. The pool was huge and enjoyed by us all the entire week. The beach is a short, easy bike ride away. Communication with the property manager was easy and questions/concerns were promptly addressed.

Absolutely Beautiful Home

This house looks just like it does in the pics, maybe even better in person. The pool is awesome! Unfortunately we paid to have the pool heated and the heater broke (we were promptly refunded our money), but that’s not the fault of the rental company-things just happen. The pool was just gorgeous to look at, especially at night when it changed colors. We loved sitting out on the back covered porch playing cards and watching football on the outdoor big screen. The kitchen is fully stocked and gorgeous. The built-in large ice maker was a game changer! It was so nice to have. We rented a golf cart and it was maybe a 2 minute drive from the driveway to the beach access. House is on a beautiful, quiet street. The third story bunk room and en suite were awesome for the kids. It was a great week and we would definitely stay at this house again!!

Private Oasis

This place was incredible! The online posting matched the house perfectly and in some ways didn’t do it justice, it was that amazing! The property management company was incredibly responsive and so friendly! Would definitely recommend this place and would book it again myself!
