This freshly remodeled condo features an open floor plan, central heating/AC, in-unit laundry and easy access to some of Lake Havasu's favorite spots! The condo has free parking (includes boat parking), pool & spa, picnic area, shuffleboard and BBQ's. You are a short walk away from Rotary Park, restaurants, the shores of Lake Havasu and the world famous London Bridge.

4th at the Lake

My family and I stayed here for the weekend of the 4th through the 6th. The condo was amazing!!! It was very clean, super close to the London Bridge, and the hosts were wonderful. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are ever visiting Havasu.

Great stay!

Had everything we needed for a great time in Lake Havasu City. Easy and quick access to the London Bridge and Rotary Park areas. CARA Park hiking just down the road. Comfy condo for eating in and hanging out.

Had everything we could need. Bed was very comfortable. Enjoyed the hot tub and used the grilling area. Would stay again.

Perfect Spot

The condo was in a perfect location close to everything. We came down for a wedding at London Bridge Resort which was just down the road. Will definitely stay again. Nothing more you would need for an extended stay or a weekend getaway.

Lake Havasu High School Reunion

Very pleasant stay in the home town; especially in the old neighborhood where we rode our motorbikes! Lake Life Condo fulfilled our need for accomodations ideally; and at comparable cost to a less appealing motel. We will stay again!

Nice and comfortable

We enjoyed this location as we were visiting the area for the air balloon festival. It was very clean and comfortable. It was decorated nicely. We had a little trouble accessing the key box code but the hosts were very helpful in assisting to get in. The weather was cool and this may have been the reason the pool and hot tub were covered. If we come back to the area, we'd consider reserving this again! Thanks,

Very comfortable apartment with 2 TVs and plenty of channels. Kichen was well furnished and had lots of extras like spices and microwave popcorn. There is a washing machine and dryer and soap and dryer sheets. Walking distance to the London Bridge and Rotary Park with plenty of beach. Nice, nice, nice!

Lake Havasu

Condo was super comfortable. Felt like home. Visiting in the hottest month, we purposefully looked for a property with a pool. We don’t have a boat, so enjoying the lake is limited. The pool was filthy! Clouded, bugs and leaves. We did not use it, and that severely limited our enjoyment of the outdoors in this excessive heat. But otherwise? Perfect.

Excellent location. Clean and fully equipped. Comfortable bed. Quiet. Had everything we needed for our time in Lake Havasu. Easy communication with owners. Some good restaurants and things to see. Spent a lot of time along the lakefront at Rotary Park.

I am a native San Diegan and have been married for over 17 years to my lovely wife, Suzanne. Combined we have a total of four boys - 38 yr old to 16 yr old. :) Outside of family events we enjoy traveling, meeting new people, and hosting new friends at our Lake Havasu condo and Big Bear cabin. These resort destinations are wonderful, and we are happy to be able to share our homes with you.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We love the outdoors...and water especially! In the past we would take our boat to Lake Martinez (south, near Yuma), however, we had an opportunity to buy this condo so centrally situated that we couldn't pass it up! Lake Havasu has a great boating community...and such a hip vibe! We love our condo as it is poolside has great parking, including for boat owners, and so much more!

The condo is well appointed with a fully equipped kitchen. It has all your cooking essentials (spices, cookware, foil, etc), in-unit washer/dryer, walk-in closet, cold A/C, comfortable king size bed, pull out couch, two smart HDTVs, fast WiFi, large patio that is only steps from the pool and jacuzzi...and more!

It is a 5 minute walk to the London Bridge and Rotary Park. Starbucks and other grocery conveniences are also walking distance. This is a quiet and comfortable gem in the heart of the city!
