Varför värden valde detta boende
San Diego offers not only the most comfortable weather all year around, but also the access to miles of sandy beaches and cliffs from north to south with panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean. Pacific Beach is centrally located and close to Sea World, Mission Bay, San Diego Bay, Old Town and many other attractions. Pacific Beach is located between Mission Beach and La Jolla. Pacific Beach and Mission Beach are the only two beaches in San Diego with miles of boardwalk. North Pacific Beach where this condo is located is more desirable place than Mission Beach for both young and old because it is less crowded than further south in Mission Beach, yet still very vibrant and bigger beach than further north in La Jolla. Pacific Beach is very popular among swimmers and surfers, and offers more services and all convenience you need along the beach. You do not need to drive to go shop or dine. You can go swim or surf in the ocean, bike or walk on the boardwalk and stop by at shops and restaurants. There are many other beautiful sandy beaches and cliffs in both north and south in San Diego area if you just want to sit and look at the ocean and swim or surf in it, but there is no other fun place like Pacific Beach. No one will get bored here. Pacific Beach is the place where people want to come back again and again to visit.

-Our oceanfront unit is located in desirable North Pacific Beach in a secured building. Our location is two blocks north of Tower 23 Hotel and one block south of Pacific Terrace Hotel which are the highest priced hotels in Pacific Beach, but our rates are much lower. Please compare prices. -Panoramic ocean view from sitting down in living room sofas, dining chairs and from kitchen. The ocean view from a higher floor or from a high rise hotel or condo like Capri is spectacular if you look at it from standing up position by the window, but all you seen is the horizon from anywhere else or in sitting down. Our views of white waves look so much closer than viewing from higher floors rooms. Bay front view is spectacular, but nothing is like the ocean. -Our condominium complex includes outdoor heated pool and Jacuzzi. The ocean views from the 2nd floor of an oceanfront single family house should be as panoramic, but the oceanfront single family dwelling vacation rental houses in this area in Pacific Beach or Mission Beach are not likely to have a heated pool and Jacuzzi. -FREE beachfront underground gated garage RESERVED PARKING. You must pay for parking if you stayed in nearby fancy hotels. The free reserved parking spot in Pacific Beach alone is worth staying here. -FREE BICYCLE rental for 2 adults when available. You save money in bike rentals. You will not get FREE Bike rental if you stay in hotels, motels or high rise condo like Capri. -The unit is completely remodeled in 2009 and everything in the unit was purchased new. Our place is cleaner than other fancy hotels or vacation rentals.
