Sandy’s condo

We loved the heated pool. The balcony was perfect for watching and hearing the surf. I would suggest a king size bed. We have one at home and did miss it. Also we would have liked closed caption on the living room tv, but had it on the bedroom tv so we could watch a movie at night. Otherwise the condo was perfect. Clean and comfortable.

Great stay at Sandy Retreat

Check in was quick and easy. Our unit was on the 5 th floor with an excellent view of the beach. Everything worked as it should and was well equipped. Communication was superb. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. The beach chairs and the parking pass were very much appreciated.

Exceeded expectations!

Everything was wonderful and “as advertized.” The host was readily available and checked in via text to see how things were going. The condo was very clean and well stocked. On a couple of rainy days we cooked and lounged on the comfortable sofa watching Netflix and sitting on the balcony. The layout of the large windows provided a view down the beach and not just straight out front. On sunny days the beach chair set up was great and meant we didn’t have to carry our own chairs and umbrella down! The building is right on the beach. The sand was soft and white. We anticipated a large Spring Break crowd but it never materialized during our stay. The beach was not crowded and was very family friendly. We would definitely be happy to stay here again!

Perfect getaway!

The condo was accurately described. Unit was clean and ready for our arrival. Despite its close proximity to Pineapple Willy's (and all the college spring breakers and afternoon/evening traffic) - it was a super quiet and safe unit/condo -- you really can't hear any of your neighbors. Security was present and walking the property regularly. As others have mentioned, Sandy was a phenomenal host! She was quick to respond to any questions prior and checked in the day after we arrived to make sure everything was as expected.

A Beautiful View in a Great Location

I spent a month here and it couldn't have been better. I loved waking up every morning to see the beautiful view of the water and having coffee on the balcony. I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was responsive to every question and everything was in place. I liked that the complex was a gated community with good security measures. The apartment and entire property were clean and well cared for. I hope to return again for another long stay.

Loved our Stay

We had such a good week during our stay. The condo was as advertised, very clean, kitchen had all the equipment we needed. Property is very well maintained and Sandy was great with all her communications. You cannot beat the view!

The perfect place to stay!!!

The view from this condo is perfect! You can see miles down the beach! The sunlight was breathtaking in the mornings, and the sunset was colorful and vibrant. If you’re coming for breathtaking views from Your room and beach this is your place! My husband and I loved every minute of our stay!

I love this condo!!

We really enjoyed our stay and loved this condo. It had a beautiful view and was so clean.The elevators were smooth and no waiting. It we had any questions, Sandy was very quick to respond. We highly recommend and will return in the future!!

Great place to stay

My husband and I loved our stay. The condo was very clean and smelled clean. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you would need. Has very comfortable furniture. We were pleasantly surprised how comfortable the bed was. (Most places are not.) Loved the patio chairs and the great view of the beach. The beach was not very crowded which also made for a enjoyable stay. Loved that there was plenty of room to park and getting in and out of the parking lot was easy. Sandy checked in on us to make sure everything was good with the condo which was very nice of her. We highly recommend staying here.

Perfect Location

Haven't stayed in PCB but a couple times but couldn't imagine a better location, close to everything. I always look for something with houses next to it so the beach isn't as crowded and that was the case. Nice clean place.

Beautiful condo

Perfect for a couple or small family. We had plenty of room. Everything you needed was provided. Sandy was great at keeping us updated, making sure we were enjoying ourselves and recommending restaurants. Best communication ever! The view from the balcony was amazing. The elevators are super fast, no wait time. Very safe area, everything is gated. Very peaceful. We will definitely be back.

Caring owners and perfect place for the 4th of July!

Great stay. Steps from the ocean. Three pools to choose from. Perfect for a small family! The fireworks were spectacular and the location was close to everything without being in the middle of all the congestion. We loved that we didn’t have to go anywhere to see fireworks and Pineapple Willie’s is in walking distance so it was great to be able to walk to dinner. Walmart was right around the corner for anything we forgot or needed to pick up. We brought chairs but never dragged them down to the beach because the chair service was so convenient! Overall we had a great trip and the owners were very responsive any time we needed anything.

Beautiful Condo with great location

This condo is perfect for a family of 4. The kitchen was fully stocked and had anything you would need. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because it could use some more curtains in the living room. The kids were up with the sun because it was so bright. Sandy is amazing with communication, we will definitely be back.

We Love Sandy Retreat!

First thing I noticed was how clean this unit is! Smelled great upon arrival and all the linens and towels were freshly washed. Sandy texted us to make sure we were happy with everything, and even sent someone over to give us an extra trash bag at one point. She's the best! The Sunbird overall is a hidden gem. Parking was a breeze and elevators are extremely fast. The pools and deck are impeccably clean. The location is both fantastic on the road and on the beach. Had zero issues getting in and out on S Thomas Dr. And the beach was much less busy than surrounding areas. We will definitely be back!

Perfect location, perfect beach, perfect condo

We loved how this condo was right on the beach with easy access and chair/umbrella service every day. We loved how Walmart was a block away for quick grocery runs. We love the location right next door to Pineapple Willies. The beach and water are supreme and we couldn't ask for a better way to experience what the Florida panhandle beaches offer.

Great property

I absolutely loved this property. My daughter and I had a great time here. The host was extremely responsive and checked on us on her own. Check-in was easy. This had one of the cleanest bathrooms I've had anywhere in Florida. The kitchen was well stocked and even had things like oil and seasonings.

The best!

This was one of the most amazing beach vacations me and my husband has had. We have been to a lot of beach’s and this one we feel in love with. The room was perfect , well stocked for a weeks stay, clean, very comfortable. The beach was amazing and the beach boy was so nice and helpful.. sandy was awesome. Def made us feel welcome and taken care of… I highly recommend this place and Sandy’s unit 504w… you can’t go wrong staying here … we are ready to book for next year😁😁😁😁😍
