DON’T LOOK ANY FURTHUR!!!

Just finished our amazing stay at Breathtaking Oceanfront Suite! I would rate this place 10/10 on everything! Lisa goes above and beyond to making your trip easy and unforgettable! She does all the little things…LOTS of beach gear, tide pods, and the list goes on. The central location is perfect for exploring all areas on the island. And the view is unforgettable with the amazing lanai. This has been by far our favorite VRBO! Don’t waste anymore time looking for the perfect rental…this is it!!

Perfect Place

Great location, made it easy to get to all parts of the island. Great place, had everything we could have needed inside and a ton of beach equipment. Host was very helpful during our stay when we had a couple questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Hidden Gem!

We loved seeing here for a week. It’s was centrally locally to go to the north or south side of the island. We loved being able to walk to the nearby beach and restaurants. The hosts were accommodating with check in and checking out. We loved the beach equipment that we could borrow and the home was clean and spacious. The view was incredible! Highly recommend this spot if you’re planning an upcoming trip to Kauai!

Perfect Location and Accommodations

My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights and though we spent most of our days out, the the studio was the perfect place to fall asleep and wake up while on the island. We had everything we needed, the studio was clean, well appointed , comfortable and was absolutely Beautiful. Opening up the class doors in the morning and having coffee on the lanai was a perfect way to start the day. I highly recommend this gem!

As good as it gets

Perfect vacation rental for a couple. Comfy bed. Unbeatable views. Well stocked with beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, floaties etc. Access to the beach via an elevator. Probably the best vacation rental I've ever stayed at. Loves the musubi truck for a quick bite and jamming banana for coffee. Both are short walks.

Lovely location, property and hostess.

We will most definitely return to Andrea's property. So decadent while keeping a minimalist asthetic. Andrea was super sweet when we bumped into her and she was very helpful when I locked my hubby out of the Villa. You will not be disappointed when booking this place.

Perfect honeymoon

Everything about our trip was amazing! The condo is even more amazing than the pictures look and the view of the bay and the waves and mountains is perfect. Watching sunsets behind the mountains over the water and the balcony every evening. Andrea seemed to have thought of everything and it makes your stay very easy and enjoyable. Location is perfect. Great beach right out front, shops and a good variety of restaurants are right there, and airport being 5 minutes away is very convenient. Great central location on the island for driving other places.

ARRIVING AT NIGHT

This was a magnificent condo to stay in while visiting Kauai. One suggestion- If you arrive late in the evening, be sure to bring a flashlight. It is really hard to see the building address and the parking area is almost pitch dark. Great place to stay. Only negative is that the a/c doesn't work very well, eventho the repair person stated there was no problem. Couldn't get the temp below 78 degrees.

Perfect!

"Perfect" as an adjective actually doesn't do this property justice. Top to bottom, the unit is a VRBO unicorn as far as I'm concerned. Amazingly laid out and furnished and spotlessly clean are one good thing, but the astonishingly great view and proximity to crashing waves and natural entertainment is something you just don't normally find for less than $1k per night...much less. The neighborhood is also definitely upscale and you don't have to worry about keggers or knucklehead gatherings down the street. The road in from hwy 51 is about as pretty an entrance drive as you could possibly hope for. Can't say enough about this property or our host Lisa. Responsive, kind, accommodating, helpful...all the qualities you hope for in a VRBO, and frankly what VRBOs should aspire to. Thank you Lisa, perfect rental, much appreciated!

Perfect location with stunning views

My husband and I used this property as home base to tour some of the great spots in Kaui. It is very close to the airport for our early flight out. More importantly, there is no road on the very north of the island, so this location allowed us to do the south and west coast and Grand Canyon of the Pacific on one day, and the other day we did the east coast up to Princeville. The hardest part was leaving. It’s comfortable, clean and watching surfers and surf is so therapeutic! We stayed in and ate on the balcony one night to watch sunset. The place is well appointed with beach gear and a full size laundry which was nice as this was one stop of many on our trip. There were mention of steps. Yes, there are steps. I wouldn’t call them narrow. They are normal and easily navigable. We had 4 big heavy bags and were fine (50+)

Beautiful Place to Wake Up in the Morning

As advertised, the view from this condo is lovely. And the entire wall facing the water is glass, so when the blinds are open it's like you're outside (you are outside if you open the sliding doors). It's up on a cliff, so you can't jump right into the water or anything - but we did actually see turtles and dolphins in the bay from the comfort of our lanai. The place is exceptionally well appointed. This includes little essentials like coffee pods for the Nespresso machine, detergent pods for the washing machine, and good shampoo and body wash. And although we didn't use it, there's also good beach gear. Importantly, the bed was memory foam and very comfortable for us. Location was great since we were about an hour from both the North and South shores, and a 0.5 mile walk to the nearest restaurants. Communication from the host was excellent. Overall, highly recommended as a couple's retreat. We would definitely stay here again if we're back in Lihu'e.

Fabulous

Great location, great bay to play in, very clean, modern unit. Owners were very responsive! Beware if you have any issues with stairs that the stairs leading down to the unit are pretty steep but manageable. We Loved having the garage full of our needs.. and not having those things in the actual unit…washer/dryer, cooler, umbrella, wagon, body boards, extra fridge, etc.. don’t make our mistake and load the wagon before going up the stairs..lol. Also don’t load at the top of the stairs either unless your going to walk all the way down and around to the beach (not take the elevator) too many stairs to lift and navigate. Other option would be to load your car and drive down to the parking lot and load from there. We did have an issue with the renters upstairs that had a small child running every morning at 6:00 and every night until at least 11:00. Parents didn’t seem to monitor their child or their loudness. This has nothing to do with the unit itself just our bad luck. Other than that a great stay and high recommend.

Luxury in a beautiful location with spectacular views and many amenities.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this modern and simply elegant villa on the cliffs of Kalapaki Bay. We were looking for a well appointed and comfortable setting to simply relax and soak in the ambiance of Kauai. We both felt extremely fortunate to have found this property. The views were spectacular from the room and the balcony. The expanse of glass wall that let to the balcony brought the beautiful views into the room. We spent every morning drinking coffee on the balcony and watching the early risers stroll Kalapaki beach and paddle board on the bay - we even tried the paddle boards ourselves - super easy and board rentals are right on the beach. The amenities at the nearby Marriott report were wonderful. We used our access to the pool and workout facilities daily. It's a very short walk to the Marriott - we had the best of both worlds (access to the resort and the romantic privacy of this property overlooking the entire bay). My wife and I both thought the location was excellent because we had easy drive access to the North, South and West sides of the island. We explored several beaches (including around Poipu), but we thought Kalapaki beach was the nicest (nice sandy beach and calm waters in the bay). Great access to a number of nice restaurants (again - all within an easy 5 - 10 minute walk). The property itself was beautiful. Bright, airy and modernly elegant. Access to a washer and dryer was really helpful as we were there 10 days. Andrea was very helpful giving us a feel for the island and places to go for sightseeing and food. Most beautiful vacation that my wife and I have ever had. This property was a primary reason that we enjoyed our trip so much. We will definitely be back!

Ideal location, beautiful view

This studio is beautifully appointed. The view over the bay is gorgeous and the sound of crashing waves on the rocks below is a wonderful background sound for a great night of sleep on a super comfy mattress. A five minute walk takes you to an elevator down to the level of a perfect swimming beach. Great restaurants at the adjacent Marriott resort but the unit is located centrally in Lihue so that you can easily drive to other activities, sights and good eating options around the island. We had a couple of glitches (with the washer/dryer and wifi) but Lisa was immediately available by email and worked to resolve the issues as quickly as possible.

Great place

The property is beautiful and quite unique. It was quiet, had a great view and the location was perfect for us. We highly recommend this unique property. The only thing missing was ice so I suggest you pick some up if you're looking to make yourself an icy drink upon arrival!

Kalapaki Bay Suite

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful suite overlooking Kalapaki Bay. It is just as the pictures convey inside and out - beautiful condition and everything you need for your vacation. The floor to ceiling windows and large deck provide a magnificent view of the beach, bay and mountains as well as surfers and seals. Access to the beach and the Marriott restaurants was an added treat. The location was perfect to see the entire island. What an incredible hideaway! And the hosts were kind and most helpful.

Amazing View

Loved this spacious suite! We had everything we needed and loved the modern amenities! The whole wall opens to the outdoors! The bed was super comfy and towels were thick, new, and smelled so good! So many fun beach toys and chairs, unfortunately we didn’t have time to use them! Would highly recommend! The only thing missing was some ice and maybe a larger garbage can! Walked to Hualanis for an excellent dinner with a gorgeous view! Hope to visit again soon!

Kauai visit

Amazing place! Very modern decor with everything we could have asked for. Very comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom with an amazing shower, lots of beach equipment and the view over Kalapaki Bay was beautiful. The only thing I could have asked for was more time to enjoy it all! We both highly recommend this place and would happily stay again.
