The Sweet Spot is the perfect name

Great place to stay with a small family or a couple of friends! Very beautiful condo with a nice screened in deck! However it could use an outside area for pets. We will definitely be staying here again!!

Beautiful place, great location!!

Awesome place to stay…. Felt like home, very comfortable and minutes from the Sugar Mountain Resort. You can see the slopes from the balcony. Had everything we needed for a stay away from home, will definitely visit again.

Graduation stay in the mountains

Great location. The condo is very spacious, neat and clean. It has everything you need for a great stay. The view is decent. Great heat and a/c. It is very close to the main road and to all that you need or want to do for Sugar or Banner Elk area. We will definitely stay here again.

Spacious Condo

Lotsa space. 2 great decks. Well stocked. Close to town. No steps to get into condo which is a rarity in Sugar. Doggie odor in living room ( it is Pet Friendly). Exit from condo area to main road fairly dangerous.

Great stay!

This location is close to Sugar Mt and has wonderful beautiful views of Sugar and Beech Mt. in the winter. Very clean condo. Great set up if you have dogs! Only complaint would be that both beds are very uncomfortable, while I realize this is a personal preference on mattress types, go ahead and get your guest a comfortable mattress and they will rent from you in the future!!!

Great place to stay

The condo was perfect for the weekend. Kitchen had everything we needed. Bedrooms and bathrooms were a good size. The location was also convenient to Boone and local shopping.

It is a Sweet Spot

First off the place is really nice and new! There is everything you need or want at this place. We brought extra goose neck lamp as I like the light over me for reading. The place is not very far up the mountain so there is no real Mountain View just trees. But the porch was comfortable and quiet. The beds were fine, one was firm and one was soft. Not a problem. I would highly recommend and would stay again if we ever come back.

Comfortable, Clean, with Great Location

This condo had everything we needed. The space is so comfortable and inviting. It’s very conveniently located with easy access to everything Banner Elk has to offer. Highly recommend.
