Fastigheten ligger i det lilla bergssamhället Mill Ridge i Foscoe NC. Huset har 3 sovrum, 2. 5 badrum, ett litet kök och öppet koncept familjerum + matplats. Utanför finns ett täckt omslagsdäck med gungstolar, sittgrupp och grill. Det finns också parkering för upp till 3 fordon, med enkel åtkomst till huset. Mill Ridge-samhället inkluderar vandringsleder, en vacker utomhuspool och 2 små dammar.

Vänligen respektera incheckning och utcheckningstider. Om det inte finns hyresgäster som checkar ut och checkar in samma dag tillåter vi gärna en sen utcheckning eller tidig incheckning.

Det stora sovrummet ligger på första våningen med en dubbelsäng, badrum (dubbelt handfat), takfläkt och en liten platt-TV. Köket ligger också på 1: a våningen, fullt utrustat med tallrikar, bestick, kastruller, kaffebryggare, mixer och mer. Familjerummet har en platt-TV med kabel / wifi, trådlöst internet, en vedspis och en takfläkt. På övervåningen är det andra sovrummet med en dubbelsäng och takfläkt. Det finns ett badrum (dubbelt handfat) i korridoren. Det tredje sovrummet har 2 enkelsängar och ett halvt badrum.

Fastigheten är centralt belägen i High Country: 10 miles till centrala Boone / Appalachain State University, 9 miles till centrum Banner Elk och 10 miles till Blowing Rock. Dessutom är vi 10 kilometer från Sugar Mountain Ski Resort, 25 km från Beech Mountain, 18 km från Appalachian Mountain Ski Resort, 23 km från Grandfather Mountain, 30 km till Linville Falls och nära flera åtkomstpunkter för Blue Ridge Parkway.

It was such a cozy, home-like feeling of a cabin and our friends with a 4 year old easily accommodated just as easy as we did with a 2 month old baby! Beautiful place to stay!

Our stay was great..Check in was easy..Host was very helpful..The only reason I didn't give an excellent rating is outdated master bathtub..too large and tall..a shower would be much better..but....had a really great stay.

Fabulous comfy cabin

This was a fantastic stay at the cleanest, cutest cabin! We attended my daughter's App State graduation and it was a quick ride to the school. The area has so much to offer,. The beds were veryyyy comfy and the whole cabin met all our needs! Highly recommend this home for your stay!

Lovely Mill Ridge Resort

This house is nestled in the Mill Ridge Resort off hwy 105 and offers tennis courts and a pool along with trails. The house was perfect for our group of 6 ages 17-66. Location is great off hwy 105 and close to Boone and Blowing Rock. Don’t miss a trip to Maw’s produce on hwy 105 in Foscoe while visiting.Hosts were always quick with a response. Looking forward to our next visit!The Prescott Family

From the moment we walked in to the cabin it felt like home away from home. The space was wonderful for our family’s two night stay, but it would have been a great place for a longer stay too! The home has a full kitchen if you would like to cook your own meals. The front porch is peaceful and comfy to sit and drink morning coffee. It is in a nice central location to all the places we needed to go to while visiting Boone and Valle Crucis. Just down the way a couple of miles is a perfect view of the old man sleeping (Grandfather Mountain.)

Cozy cabin

We loved the well-appointed cabin and found it to be peaceful and relaxing. The cabin was located in a great place for some quiet, but a short drive from all of the activities we wanted to do. We greatly enjoyed our stay!

Cute cozy cabin

Great location and easy to get to. Very clean. All furniture was comfortable. The house had everything we needed. The owner is very easy to communicate with. Checked in with us before, during and after our stay. Super close to sugar mountain which is where we stayed majority of the time.

Short get away

Great cabin in nice development. Enjoyed nearby Boone, Banner Elk, and Blowing Rock. Close to Blue Ridge Parkway for scenic views and plenty of golf courses in area.

Spoiling time for the grand children

Marvelous stay. Cozy house well equiped. Did not give cleanliness highest score because property had not really been de-winterized yet meaning, still a lot of leaves and some dirt on porches. We gave it a brush :-), not a big deal. And the house was spotless. I guess it’s normal coming out of a mountain winter. The location is very good with trails in close vicinity and lot’s of options in the region. Also good grocery options not too far away so if you forget an egg that is not a problem …

Cozy mountain cabin!

We enjoyed our stay at the Mill Ridge cabin. It was cozy, but enough space for our family of 5 to be comfortable. We enjoyed the comfortable living room and gas logs. Great location between Boone and Banner Elk. Just a couple of minutes away from the Grandfather Vineyard & Winery, which was also a plus!

Our favorite place to visit would be the Outer Banks of NC. Great place to spend time with family and friends and of course excellent fishing. I work at Appalachian State University and my husband owns and operates his company River to Ridge Property Services.
