Beautiful home, nice location, with neutral pleasing decor. We were a little uncertain about the door code/ instructions as there was two door codes…but of course one code worked. Also we would suggest it would be very helpful to add collapsible luggage racks in the bedroom closets that can be used. Also it’s nice if each side of the bed has a small nightstand of some kind… other that that everything was perfect! Thanks so much!

Always perfect!

I stay at this property as often as it is available when I travel to the area. It's beautifully decorated, perfectly clean and in a very quiet neighborhood. The bedding is cozy and warm. I highly recoorecommend this property.

Clean, comfortable, pictues are accurate, more than we were expecting!

We were in Caldwell for a family wedding. It was convenient, all that was necessary to make us comfortable, in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Everything was pristine. We will definitely stay there again.

Family get together

We were looking for a one story home in Caldwell and this home was perfect. Clean, easy check in and out, nice neighborhood, had all things needed like coffee for a pleasant stay. If not being done, would change check in info for each separate rental.

Texas to Idaho for Grandson High School Graduation

Nice neighborhood, close to several restaurant choices, several gasoline choices, and easy access into neighborhood. Nice having access to washer and dryer. No issues with neighbors. Happy that toiletries were available.

Perfect!

This home was just perfect for our visit for our niece's HS graduation. The home was beautiful, clean, and relaxing! The location was quiet and residential, but only a 5-8 min drive to restaurants etc. The kitchen had most of what we were looking for. The only things we'd wished we could find was a pitcher and vegetable oil. The backyard and patio were lovely, we just wished we had some patio chairs to sit outside and enjoy morning coffee. Speaking of coffee, it was wonderful to have the Keurig and K-cups provided in the home. Overall, this is definitely the nicest VRBO we've every stayed at. Thank you! We would definitely stay again next time we visit family in Idaho.

Great Home!

Great location, quite neighborhood. Stephanie was very prompt with all communication, checking in and out was very easy with no long laundry list of "to do's" before checkout. House is in brand NEW condition, everything very clean, bathrooms well stocked with plenty of supplies and towels, kitchen included all the necessities, extra blankets and bedding was provided, laundry room with scent free / dye free laundry soap and TV'S included most of the standard streaming services. Suggestions: Upgrade the living room sectional which is sinking and sagging. This would definitely be uncomfortable sitting on for long periods of time. We did not use the house too much for lounging / watching TV so it was not a huge deal for us. The master and queen size mattresses were very soft, spongy and somewhat sinking. These could be replaced for a much better night sleep and bedrooms would be nice with blackout type shades. We unfortunately did not sleep very well trying both mattresses. Also - a small bistro patio set for the back patio would be nice for AM coffee. Overall - we had a great stay and I would not hesitate to re-book and recommend this rental. I am VERY picky about room quality / look / cleanliness etc and this more than met my expectations.

Best VRBO ever! We will be back!

This was the best VRBO in which we ever stayed! It was better than being home! So spacious, beautiful decor, cleanest one ever, and had everything you could possibly need. The place was so pretty, it felt like we walked into a home featured in Better Homes and Gardens! All the rooms were so bright with natural lighting from the nice windows. The location was a very nice neighborhood where everyone waved to us. It was SO quiet too! The family room had so much seating and nice comfy pillows and warming blankets; we were so comfortable lounging around watching movies on the huge TV. The amenities were abundant and high-quality name brands like tissues, bar soaps, shower gel, shampoo & conditioner, dish soaps, etc - everything you need. The beds and linens were comfy and plenty of nice white towels everywhere. Huge laundry room stocked with everything like a selection of various laundry detergents including fragrance-free! There was a laundry basket, dryer sheets, stain remover, iron and board, etc. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need for cooking anything. Also things like a first aid kit, scissors, and other items you would not expect to find. Nice grill outside too but we did not use it due to the chilly weather when we were there. This was our first visit to this house but we will be back now that we know we found the perfect place to stay and visit our relatives from now on!

The location and space were perfect. for us. We were attending a wedding and were within five minutes of the rest of our family.The only thing that would improve things is room darkening shades on the high windows where the twin beds are. The light wakes children up too early.

Great stay

Very clean and well stocked with essentials like towels, kid friendly dishes, and options for coffee drinkers. We didn't stay at the house long, more of a resting spot between activities in Nampa. Close to Nampa and Lake Lowell. Owner was very responsive.
