Clean one-bedroom condo, with a pullout couch and it's just steps to the most exclusive hotel on Marco Island.
Gulf Views from the patio and you're just steps away from the beautiful beaches of Marco Island. Beach access is just across the street.

This condo comes furnished with a complete kitchen, WIFI, beach chairs, beach cart, an umbrella,and more.
We love to make sure that our guests enjoy the paradise that Marco Island is.

We updated this condo in September of 2022 with all-new kitchen cabinets, full-size stainless steel appliances, brand new bathroom, and shower. We purchased all new furniture for this condo in March of 2022 when we bought this property.

Enjoy a great location right at the beach access point on Collier.You can walk across the street to the beach in minutes. Why stay in a small hotel room, when you can have a brand new condo for a fraction of the price?

Perfect location for a conference at the JW and very close to the public beach access path. Very clean and nice condo. Pool is nice and the property overall was really nice and quiet. Will stay again!

Great Location!

Great stay, easy access and so near the beach! The onsite pool is lovely, clean and quiet. Darin as host, was easy to communicate with prior to check in and we had no need for contact once we arrived. The process was seamless and our stay was terrific! We would return!

Relaxing Marco Trip

Couldn't ask for a better location for beach access and right across the street from the JW Marriott. Condo was super clean and has a lot of new amenities, balcony was a great way to end an evening.

Perfect location, impeccable condo. Couldn’t have enjoyed it more. Beach is right across the street. Pool is heated and never crowded. Ideal place for 2.

Marco Island Stay

We only stay one night, wish we had more time there. The unit was lovely, nicely equipped, shower was great, plenty of room. Public access to the beach right there. The beach was great to walk on, you can go for miles. If you don't want to walk, the condo had all you need to relax for day on the sand. Chairs, towels etc. We'd definitely stay there again if we were staying on the island.Property manager was very good at communicating well in advance all instructions for getting there, things in the area, how to get in and use the condo.

Marco Island Vacation

We came down to Marco Island for a short vacation before meeting up with family later in the week. The condo was exactly as advertised - great location, easy access to a fantastic beach and a well appointed condo. We definitely recommend Darin and this property to other travellers.

"Just Steps to the Beach" Condo

We enjoyed our four day stay on Marco Island. The condo is very clean with an updated kitchen and bathroom. The building is well maintained with beautiful gardens, a relaxing pool, and a nice tennis court. You couldn’t ask for a better location with public beach access directly across the street and restaurants and shops within walking distance. Beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and toys are ready to use. There are even washers & dryers on each floor at the end of the building. Great overall experience!

Quick get away

We stayed here for one full day. It was almost the best vacation I’ve been on. Great location (so close to the beach). The place was very clean. Had lots of beach supplies. The host was quick at responding and was super nice. All in all had everything we needed and was a beautiful stay.

Just steps from the Beach

2 day stay. Property was just as listed, very clean, new appliances, and directly across street from beach, & Marriott. Close to everything Marco Island offers. Will use again & definitely recommend Just steps from the Beach. Communication from owner was great, quckly responded to my questions.
