Perfectly situated, this 4-bedroom home is 1 block to the downtown Kroger, 1 block to a liquor store and 4 blocks to Savannah's historic Forsyth Park. This classic Victorian home was constructed in 1892 and retains much of the historic charm of the era, including 12-foot ceilings, 10-foot pocket doors, gorgeous crown molding, plantation shutters and more. Situated on a tree-lined, storybook street with brick sidewalks and Victorian architecture, this home is simply charming. Highlights include a gourmet kitchen with a massive island, 4 finely furnished bedrooms, 3 full baths, beautiful custom art, and 2 desk areas for remote working. This is a genuine historic house built 130 years ago. The original heart of pine floors and many other details are intact and preserved. This block of Downtown Savannah is incredibly charming and feels like a cozy neighborhood.

The downstairs bedroom has a large "Daybed" so it can function as a 2nd living room or be closed completely by its original pocket doors for privacy for the guests using that room. The main floor full bathroom is off the hallway easily accessible.
