Villa Flora Unit 2 - Relaxing space for small family or friends

This duplex rental property has dedicated AC units, a fenced yard, shared pool area & 3 spaces in the back yard to hang out. The private front balcony is a great space for you to hangout in the morning with some coffee or at night to wine down. The living room, kitchen, and dining table are all blended together with the open floor plan. This gives you plenty of space for the family to spread out over breakfast or lunch. Return to a cool, relaxed home after a hot day on the beach! Lounge by the pool downstairs & enjoy the patio. Plenty of shade all day to catch the cool breeze while BBQ'ing in the charcoal pits out back. The large walk in shower will be great for the kids & the bench inside it is a great plus. The fenced back yard and grass spaces are great for pets & children to play outside.

Please keep doors closed at all times to keep the AC running optimally. The humidity here is very bad if it gets inside the ac unit.
No loud music, no yelling, no running/jumping. Respect the neighbors and they are told the exact same. This is a place to relax.
Clean up after yourself. In the back yard, sun deck, pool area and inside please dont leave things to be cleaned up like trash, food, etc.

Awesome stay! Loved the fenced yard for the dogs and pool. It’s just a short walk to the beach. Owner was super friendly and offered suggestions for food and entertainment. Bring some extra towels for your pool and beach trips.

We enjoyed our stay Very close to everything you need Not sufficiently stocked in terms of towels, etc but the host was great. I even received a message from him saying my party could check in early if we wanted to. That is so generous.

My Name is Diego. I grew up on South Padre Island as a child, then I returned to work here for a media company for 5 years. I got to know all the businesses that were here, the ones that have came and went, & I love sharing my recommendations for food/fun/experiences around the area if you are open to exploring. I like to think of myself as a laid back host. We like to rent to families, young couples, remote workers that are looking for a relaxed spot to wind down. I am always available to help, or assist in small instructions if needed.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

Our property is perfect for the people looking to lay back and relax. We have a large living room space that is connected to the kitchen that gives you a chance to connect with each other over your stay. Breakfast, and dinner can be made at home and enjoyed around the TV or on the back deck table. The Back yard space is really the gem here with the large pool, large fenced yard & multiple areas to sit. We like to say we price ourselves affordably between a whole home property and a small group of condos with the amenities available. The pool is large and great for the family! & last but not least we are committed to making your stay exceptional! So please let me know how I can help if the need arises & I will.

Beach towels, Beach toys, pool toys, ice chests, bbq pits, umbrellas, beach chairs, and other items that you may see around the front stairs are available to be taken to the beach just please return them in good condition and rinsed off.
