Vår lägenhet erbjuder en ren hemliknande miljö som är cool och bekväm. Med ett komplett kök och bekväma sängar som rymmer fyra vuxna eller en liten familj, kan du göra dig själv hemma när du ställer in lägenhetens klimat precis som du vill. Oavsett om du vill ha det ljust och blåsigt, eller grottliknande och mysigt, kan du enkelt höja eller sänka de yttre fönsterluckorna inifrån. Med en enkel nyckelfri post med din egen personliga digitala kod behöver du inte oroa dig för att tappa nycklar när du är ute och njuter av de många lokala aktiviteterna. Andelslägenhet ligger på 3: e våningen. Det finns ingen hiss. Centralt beläget på ön kan du gå, köra eller ta gratisbussarna runt ön eller Port Isabel.

Enheten är utrustad med: ett komplett kök om du vill förbereda dina favoritmåltider (livsmedelsaffärer ligger bara några minuter bort), matbord med plats för 4, bekväm dubbelsäng och två våningssängar, en tvättmaskin / torktumlare, badkar och dusch, WiFi , kabel-TV och Roku-tv-apparater i både vardagsrummet och sovrummet för att strömma dina favoritunderhållningsabonnemang som Netflix, Hula, HBO Go, etc. Stranden ligger bara en snabb fem minuters promenad från lägenheten till strandlinjen. När du återvänder finns det en utomhusdusch eller slang för att skölja bort dina fötter och badutrustning.

Som en extra behandling under sommaren som börjar Memorial Day helgen genom Labor Day helgen, har du en front set utsikt från balkongen på SPI Fireworks show från varje torsdag och fredag kvällar kl 21:15.

Yttre gräns: Lokal brandsäkerhetskod tillåter att högst 6 personer kan vara i lägenheten vid en viss tidpunkt. Dessutom förbjuder brandsäkerhetskod användning av kolgrillgropar på balkongområdena. Rökning endast ute. Använd askfat och plocka upp cigarettstumpar.

Great beach stay

Great place for family

Such a good place to bring the family, we stayed for 5 days and had everything we needed here. The location was perfect, just a quick walk to the beach and to all the shops and restaurants. Very clean property, the kids loved the bunk bed setup, definitely would stay here again

Good atay

Everything we needed for the weekend stay. The beach was a very short walk and very accessible. The manager, Gary was extremely pleasant to deal with and made the planning very easy and helpful!

Great weekend stay!

This was our first time on the island and we will be back! Great location to everywhere you would want to go in a quiet neighborhood. A short walk to the beach. The condo was clean and the perfect size for the two of us. Communication with Gary was great. Really enjoyed our stay!

Great!

We absolutely loved this condo. It was perfect for our family vacation. It's walking distance to the beach and not far from all the stores and restaurants. We will definitely be back!

Clean and comfortable

We really enjoyed our stay. They condo was clean, comfortable and had all the necessities. Gary was great to communicate with and was just a text/phone call away if we needed anything. We would definitely book this condo again!

5 Stars! Great Property! Very Clean, and Well Kept

This was our second time staying here, and the condo was another 5 star stay! The property was very clean, and was in a great location near the beach. The AC does a perfect job in keeping the condo cool and dehumidified. The property manager was also great in communication and in providing information. I definitely recommend this place!

Clean, modern, everything we needed available! Great location!

Gary was wonderful, very pleasant, always available, and consistently helpful! The condo was a block from the beach, and close to bars, restaurants, and grocery store. All amenities were ready and available. We would absolutely recommend anyone to stay here, and will come back to stay here whenever we come back to SPI!!!

Second time was just as perfect as the first.

This is the second time we stayed here and it did not disappoint once again. Gary Is a great host with a great property. The condo has everything you need for a comfy stay whether it’s a night or two weeks. And the location can’t be beat. Less than a five minute walk and you’re on the beach living it up to the fullest. Its also prime location to restaurants and shops of all sorts. I’ll be choosing this condo every time we go to SPI. Thanks again, Gary for everything. 10/10 recommend this one for your trip to SPI.

Cute & Inviting Condo! Would definitely stay here again.

My family of four stayed here this past weekend and we loved the unit. Our girls (9 and 14) loved the bunks and the TV options. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were very comfy and we appreciated the extra perk of beach chairs/umbrella/boogie board available for use. It is a short walk to the beach and is close to stores/dining. The owner gave us good tips on the island events for our visit and clear information regarding the unit. The outside of the building is modest, but the inside of the unit was very clean, beautifully decorated and well cared for. We hope to visit SPI again soon, and if so, we would definitely stay here again. We would recommend this unit to our friends and family.

Perfect for a week at the beach

Beyond impressed with this location! Gary was just a text message away & even sent a msg a couple days into our vacation to make sure we did not need anything. The rental came stocked with paper products, dry kitchen goods (should we want to use them) beach gear also!! The bathroom had starter packs for soap, plenty of SOFT towels, washcloths, etc. The beds were very comfortable and the blankets were so cozy. Smart tvs had everthing and more. Great couch! Great recliners!!! Everthing you would possibly need in a kitchen also! We were thankful for a washer and dryer. We brought laundry soap and fabric softener, but that was there also---even stain spray. Under a 4 minute walk to the beach to enjoy the sunrise and plenty of beach time!!! Four minute drive to the other side of the island to watch the sunset. Highly recommend this rental!!!

What an awesome place!

Where do I begin? The condo, the owners, the location? All are so great, that it's hard to choose from. I was nervous staying in someone's privately owned condo, since I never have. But this experience was fantastic. Mr. Deiorio was very easy to get ahold of, made sure we had everything we needed for our stay, and went above and beyond to make our trip superb. When we arrived, it was a little early, but he allowed us to check in early. As we entered the condo, we were welcomed by a clean and nicely smelling condo. It was more than we could have asked for, for a week in paradise. Beautiful kitchen, furniture, and comfortable bed. You can't beat it. The walk to the beach is so short, that you can either take lunch with you, or come back. That was wonderful. I loved being able to sit on the balcony and drink my morning coffee as the sun came up, every morning. Thanks to the condo including a coffee maker and everything you need! If you're looking for somewhere to spend a week, two weeks, or even a night; this is your place. I 10/10 recommend it, and will stay here again if given the opportunity. Thank you for a great stay!

Perfect place in paradise

What can we say that hasn't already been said? This condo was amazing in every way. It is much bigger than the pictures let on and E. Oleander is a perfect location. The condo's kitchen has everything you could possibly need to save some money and cook a few meals yourself. The bed and pillows were the most comfortable we have ever slept on. We even took a picture of the mattress tag to keep it in mind for our next bed purchase! The building is extremely quiet and within walking distance to the beach. The washer and dryer are super convenient to lighten your packing load. The TV/Roku has something for every member of the family from Netflix, to HBO, to YouTube. It was a perfect getaway! Three weeks before our vacation, Harvey hit our home. Gary immediately checked on us and offered to let us reschedule our trip if we needed due to the destruction. We of course weren't missing SPI for the world, but it was so kind of Gary to think of us and to try to accommodate our needs. He was just a text or email away through the entire planning process and during our stay. His detailed instructions made it so easy to get into the condo upon our arrival. We couldn't have asked for more! We will be making this condo part of our SPI tradition. Thanks, Gary! -Nick & Lauren

Tropical Beach House

This is what a beach house is all about. 5 minutes walking to the beach, food options all over. 5 minute drive to the southern resorts, 5 minute drive to the action at Claytons. The beach house had everything we needed and we wish we could have stayed longer. Fireworks off the front porch on Friday and Saturday as well! Bonus! Thanks Gary for your hospitality and we hope to stay again sooner than later!

I've lived in this area for most of my life but when I lived in Austin, Texas for nearly 10 years, I really missed being by the Gulf. Lakes are nice but the beach always has a calming and relaxing effect on me from the hustle and bustle of a busy life. My family and I moved back to the area simply to be near the beach and for a calmer lifestyle.

Owning a place on the beach was a dream unrealized by my Dad. I share the love of South Padre Island my Dad had and simply wanted to fulfill a dream we both had. Call it sentimental but the real truth is, I want to share the experience of the Island with others and make it comfortable, affordable, and a haven getaway for those that are interested. This property is an investment to do just that...share it with others and to keep me busy as the property and LLC manager.
