We're pleased to hear that our property description accurately reflected your experience and that you found the property clean. However, we deeply regret that you encountered several maintenance issues during your stay. We take these concerns seriously and will address each of them promptly to ensure they are resolved and do not affect the experiences of future guests. Your feedback regarding the entry door, fence gate, shower handle, lack of a TV in the bedroom, and issues with the clothes chest and stove will be shared with our maintenance team for immediate attention. We strive to provide a comfortable and hassle-free stay, and it's clear that we fell short of this during your visit. We appreciate your kind words about our customer service.
