Wonderful place to stay! My fiance and I loved the convenience, coziness, cleanliness, and location of this condo. We certainly plan to rent again in the future. Great communication with sandpiper rental company as well.

Prime location with incredible views. Condo could use some improvements (light bulbs out, minimal towels for no washer dryer). Wish there had been reserved parking. All in all, great little place for a weekend getaway and would stay again.

We are glad you enjoyed your stay with us! During the high season the condo is provided with a parking pass, so you are able to park in Seaside, but not with a specific "reserved" spot. There are 6 spots behind the building reserved for guests staying in the condo building specifically as well, but are first come first served.

We did not visit a winery. Place was excellent location great! We were locked out of our place an hour before checkout. However we were able to contact management and they got us in. Parking was limited…but all in all we had a wonderful time …views were excellent! Thank you

Anniversary trip

Best beach. Awesome spot overlooking the square and the water. Super convenient to everything. Parked our car and didn't crank it back up until we left.

Couples retreat

We loved Close to Eden for our trip! It was the best location and view. We could see the ocean from the main room and the view from the patio was amazing. We enjoyed the less than 5 minute walk to the beach and the proximity to all the shops and restaurants. Close to Eden made for a relaxing retreat for our vacation!

Perfect location

I brought my teen granddaughter to seaside for a few days. Close to Eden was the perfect location for the beach and shopping. The bicycles were also fun.

Perfect!!

We absolutely love staying at Close to Eden! This was our second visit to the condo. We absolutely love the location and it’s close proximity to food, Shopping and to the beach. The condo is very nicely decorated, always very clean when we arrive and check-in could not be easier!

Location, location, location!!

Outstanding location in the heart of seaside! Was a great long weekend getaway local for us. The views were amazing especially for Seaside-ocean views are rare. Views from every room. Easy access to the ocean, shops and restaurants. Upgraded bathrooms were beautiful. Plenty of space for two people throughout. Challenges included: Parking (there is no dedicated parking), location for outside trash disposal (description was vague).

Best Sunset in Seaside

I've been renting places down here for 30 years and this is the best little find ever. Obviously it's small but it was just my son and I for his fall break. The sunset view from the balcony is the best I've ever seen. Right in the heart of Seaside and a pitching wedge from Bud&Alley's and Great Southern. Modica Market has everything you need. I'ts perfect just needs a better bed!

Nice but...

Nice unit, love the location but not as well maintained as the other units we've stayed in, in that particular building. The Unit would benefit from some minor repairs an a general interior, (and some exterior) refurbishment.

Yay! SO happy you enjoyed the unit. Parking passes are required Spring-October, but not during the off season for this condo. Cable and WIFI is now installed. Glad you enjoyed your stay!
