Private heated pool, set at 85 F. Attention: When outdoor temperatures are 50F or less, water temperature may not be able to reach set point

The space
3 private bedrooms each with queen size bed.

One bedroom is separated from the other two. It's located on the northwest side of house adjoined to the Arizona Room. It has a large window with a view of the swimming pool and backyard.

Pool is automatically heated to 85F. During cooler months, October thru April) Pool solar cover (easy to roll up or pull out) must be put on by guests at night when not in use to maintain this temperature.

2 remodeled full bathrooms

Both bathrooms are completely remodeled one with walk-in tile shower and granite top vanity.

The 2nd bath has deep soaking tub.

Front living room has a 60” flat screen TV, TiVo, Roku.

Fully equipped kitchen including air fryer, microwave, blender, toaster and dishwasher.

Office space with large desk and arm chair fiber optic (WiFi)

Arizona Room with 50” flat screen with local channels, Roku and Netflix. Great view of pool and covered patio area.

The outside space has a large (12’ X 30’) covered patio, 2 tables and chairs with gas BBQ grill.
Guest access
Entire house and private back yard with fenced 14x 28’ in-ground private heated (set at 85 degrees F.) swimming pool. When outdoor temperatures are below 50F, water temperature may not be able to set point.

Front door is equipped with a battery-operated push button dead bolt for keyless entry and Nest camera doorbell. Back door monitored by Ring doorbell.

Great house in a great location

Spent a long weekend with my adult sons. The house was clean and well appointed. We enjoyed the pool. Everything we wanted to do was just a short drive away.

Perfect Family Place

This home was very clean with plenty of space to spread out. The house is well stocked with everything you could need. We especially appreciated the kid friendly items, from pool toys and life jackets to kid size silverware. The pool was especially refreshing after sightseeing in the heat. Great place to stay with a friendly host!

Adorable!

I needed a solo getaway after my dad passed. This was the perfect place and perfect location. It was private and quiet which was needed. I would love to return sooner than later ;) No complaints from me, it was perfect for me.

Desert Dreams

Such a cute little house! It worked for our group of 4, and even allowed us to space out and come together. The listing said the pool was heated, but we could not find a pool heater, and were only able to use the pool during mid-day as it was in the shadow of the house pretty early and was freezing. Also, we were not able to change the AC from 75. Anytime we'd adjust the Nest Thermostat to go lower (the front bedrooms got super warm) it wouldn't go down, or would be set back at 75 within 20 minutes. We also couldn't get the remotes to work, as the batteries were dead. Otherwise it's a super cute house, in a convenient location. Lots of parking!

Great Stay in Scottsdale

The location of this property is wonderful for getting around Scottsdale and surrounding areas. We enjoy visiting multiple cities for hiking on our AZ trips and it never took us more than 30 minutes to get to Chandler/Gilbert/Mesa/Fountain Hills and it was about 45 minutes to Surprise. There is also plenty to do around Scottsdale and Phoenix. It is also situated close to shopping and Old Town which is nice for walking around. The house is very nice and was a little bigger than we needed for just the 2 of us as we mainly used it for sleeping and showering but it is very comfortable- we opted for bigger due to the location and previous great reviews. The weather was too chilly by our standards for us to enjoy the pool but it looked to be a nice size and would be a wonderful place to relax in the warmer seasons. We don't cook even at home so we did not utilize the kitchen at all, but the Welcome book that was provided seemed to list that it had all the necessities one might need if you cook. There are great restaurants close by so we opted for those. There were 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living spaces, a kitchen and a office area that was nice to utilize as I had to check into work daily- the Wifi was great! There is laundry should you need it. The location was also very quiet and safe- we rarely saw anyone. There are 2 Tvs but we did not use as we were exhausted at the end of each day especially from being from the East Coast time zone. Host was great and responsive!
