Recently remodeled single family home ,two bedrooms, two baths. Sleeps 4 , I king size bed in master ,1 queen bed in 2 nd bedroom with twin pull out underneath , couch in living room pulls out . Blackout shades throughout house. Cozy, farmhouse style, fully equipped kitchen. Modern baths, master includes custom shower with dual heads and custom tile work , while the guest bath also features custom tile work, along with an extra deep tub. Incredible kitchen for hosting gatherings. Nice size, fenced in yard. Safe location, near airport and downtown. Elementary school less than 2 min walking distance. Close to shopping, restaurants, and local attractions; trail system. 5 min walk to Fish creek trail. Less than 3 miles to Tony Knowles Coastal Trail. Several coffee shops within walking distance. High speed Internet included. Washer and dryer on site. Chest freezer available. Ample Parking, up to 5 vehicles.

Perfect stopover between Seward and Denali

If you need a place in Anchorage, this is perfect, whether for a night or several days. Highly recommend.

Though we were a “little “ concerned about the route gps took us from the airport behind some storage units once we arrived and entered we understood why it was a Diamond in the Rough. Great unit very clean the owner did a wonderful job of stocking everything we needed. Rooms were very comfortable and the living dining area super comfortable. Highly recommend b

This house is absolutely perfect! The neighborhood is up and coming with a mix of fixed up and not fixed up homes. But don't let that fool you. We felt completely safe. Everything we needed was provided and the location is minutes to just about anything in Anchorage. Highly recommend!

Definitely a place to stay, has everything you need including with family. -Neighborhood is safe. -Close to downtown, Seward highway and shopping center and airport.

Perfect place to stay the night post cruise . Extremely clean, the owner was so accommodating, house very well appointed with anything you might need, beds super comfy, master shower was amazing (especially after the dinky cruise shower all week), awesome remodeled kitchen with coffee maker/microwave/all dish and cookware. Located in a quiet residential area
some homes renovated and some in the process
we felt very safe though. 10 minute Uber to airport, several great restaurants within short drive. Great Wifi, large TV in living room. Perfect for two couples or a small family. I cannot express how glad we all were to have found this house, much better option than 2 hotel rooms, and soooo much more comfortable!!! Book it, you won’t regret!!

Close to airport

This was our second stay here. It is a very welcoming home and the location is ideal. Close to the airport and other must stop places for when we are traveling through Anchorage.
