Your sweet getaway in Holmes Beach awaits with this cute and cozy one-bedroom duplex! You're only about two blocks from the beach, and the sands on Anna Maria Island are some of Florida's finest.

Cup of coffee in hand, start your day at the alfresco dining in your backyard or your enclosed lanai. The peaceful setting and colorful tropical furnishings will make you feel a million miles away from it all. Back inside, take advantage of the full kitchen to prepare some breakfast - maybe a tropical fruit salad to go with the tropical surroundings? After breakfast, head to the beach for a day in the sand and surf. When you return, you can toss your towels in the private washer/dryer to refresh them for tomorrow before whipping up something for dinner at home. When it's time to eat, there's a dining nook for four in the kitchen. Before bed, retire to the comfortable, bright living room couch and relax with some TV and get ready to relax all day tomorrow.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). perfect place for a couple

The house was perfectly tidy, quite spacious for a couple, and very pleasant. The appliances were new, which made our stay even more comfortable. It is just two blocks from the beach, which is very beautiful, with a charming sunset. We met the owner, who was very kind in offering us beach chairs and an umbrella. We will definitely return!

Awful property so dated

The only good thing about the property is it’s location, everything else was awful, really dated, kitchen and bathroom need a makeover, bathroom blocked on numerous occasions, with sewage backing up in bath tub, toilet cistern leaking, electrics fluctuating all through stay. Vacasa we’re contacted regarding blockage and the only done a temporary fix, up at 4am the day before we left plunging the toilet and mopping up the leaks.

Mediocre

The house is most definitely spacious for two people. The furniture was not what you look forward to relaxing on after a day on the beach or shopping. The appliances are very old. I would remove the track on the tub from the old shower doors. Honestly a few updates and better furniture would make a huge difference. The house was not clean. I wish I would have taken pictures of my feet from the shower to the bedroom not clean at all.
