Very enjoyable stay. Great access to the beach and a short walk to a cute downtown area. This was our first time on Anna Maria Island and this location was perfect.

Loved everything about the property! The beach was literally steps away, stunning sunset views, short walk to Bridge Street, plenty of things to do in the area, and the cottage itself was so charming and clean. Wendy was awesome as well! She was so helpful and quick to respond to all my questions.

Beach Dreams was absolutely perfect for our stay! It was clean and well-stocked with all essentials and most extras. The location is perfect. We walked to town every morning for coffee and every evening for dinner. There are many cute shops and restaurants within walking distance. It was wonderful to be just steps from the beach and have the beautiful view from the deck. We will definitely return.

The property was amazing. First time we were able to stay right on the beach at AMI and the walk ability was amazing as well. The condo was spacious for us two and the amenities were perfect. The only issue we had was that the door lock lost battery so we were locked out for about 5 hrs on the second day. Wendy did contact me back quickly but it did take some time for the locksmith to come out and change everything out. There wasn’t great communication after it was fixed so we didn’t know they were done or that they were coming back the next morning. Besides the hiccup, it was a great week and stay.

Apology that the battery died. That was a first. We did however speak and I asked for 30 minutes to have it fixed which was accurate. The locksmith said he was done in a few minutes and I had a feeling it was more than a few minutes, which was why I said to please come back in 30 minutes. We did speak in person. I am happy you enjoyed your stay and we hope to see you another time.

Very convenient. The beach access was literally right next to/ behind the building. There was even a back beach yard with lounge chairs to lay and enjoy the sun. The unit was very comfortable for me and my fiance with one bath. There were two pullout sofas in addition to the queen bed, so six could sleep and share the one bath. The kitchen had everything we needed.

We have stayed here many times and always enjoy it! Great to be right on the beach! Wendy is quick to respond and help out! Definitely a place to truly relax!

We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful sunsets and right on the beach. Beach was never crowded. Short Walt to our favorite restaurants.

Awesome rental!

Love this 1 bedroom! Right on the beach and close to everything! It was cold during our visit but still loved the view. Great place to relax!
