"Dream boat" New Beach Front Island hyra med fantastisk utsikt

1950-talets charmigt renoverade direktstrandhem. Nyligen färdigställd semesteruthyrning hem gångavstånd till Bridge Street. Denna enhet kallas "Dream Boat". Dream Boat har en balkong uppe till vänster med utsikt över Mexikanska golfen. Gå tvärs över gatan för en glass, putt-putt golf, postkontoret, gott om nattliv utan att behöva flytta din bil. Ta apebussen till Gulf Drive Cafe och njut av en Pina Colada i den enda tikibaren på stranden. Dra ut bäddsoffa sover två och det finns en extra soffa som kommer att sova en. Perfekt för en semester som bor på semester. Ta med dina fiskestänger och baddräkter. Dream Boat är den övre vänstra enheten av fyra enheter Beach Dreams. Hyr den här enheten eller hyr dem alla .... begränsad parkering på plats, dock be om extra parkering utanför hotellet som ligger inom gångavstånd Om du behöver ytterligare parkeringsbehov eller om du har en överdimensionerad bil. Girl's trip

Location location location!! Amazing stay.. beach was beautiful walking distance to everything we wanted and needed. Can't wait to return again to AMI. Wendy was a wonderful hostess.

Just short of absolutely incredible

I'm pretty much convinced that there isn't a better location/view on the beach than this one. 10 feet from the beach, great view, and 2 blocks from a bunch of shops and dinner spots!The rental was very clean and very nice!What fell short of perfection for us was..1. Had to use hotspot on our phone's the entire time because the wifi speed was about 2 mbps and wouldn't load anything for us2. A/c was pretty rough. We got lucky with cooler weather in the evenings and kept the wondows open, she had lots of fans to help keep us cool.3. This one is a little nitpicky but the honey-do list prior to check out seemed a little unnecessary with cleaner's showing up right after checking out. My griping aside this listing was great and my wife and I had a great time!!

Great place!

This is a cute spot right on the ocean! The view is spectacular! We could walk to just about anywhere we needed to go! We already booked for next year! Can’t wait !!!!

Love this 1 bedroom! Right on the beach and close to everything! It was cold during our visit but still loved the view. Great place to relax!

Great stay

The place was perfect for what we needed- close to the beach, in walking distance of coffee, good views, lots of clean linen, a full sized washer and dryer in unit (!). Only thing I would recommend is a respray/ trap for ants (its Florida, bugs are always a given). There appear to be a small colony of small black ants living behind the backsplash in the kitchen. Would definitely return.

Location is great. Place is clean. Water pressure is not good at all. Bathroom sink only trickled out. Other than that very nice rental.

Wonderful VBRO

What a fantastic cutely decorated boathouse themed rental! The location is hands down the BEST- walking distance to everything you need. Beach views, towels chairs and patio were enjoyable. Kitchen has everything we needed to get some fresh seafood and eat at home. Bed/pillows was the most comfy j have stayed in for a rental. Definitely worth the stay!

Romantic Weekend Away

Was the perfect place for my wife and I's anniversary weekend away. Wonderful view of the Gulf; restaurants and activities only a walk or [free] trolley ride away. We were so relaxed leaving, we accidentally left our swimwear in the dryer. Thankfully the Host was very responsive to any of our questions and we were able to coordinate getting those back to us after our departure. Appreciated that! Overall, highly recommend. We are considering bringing our kids sometime in the future!

Small Honeymoon Getaway

My HUSBAND (I can say that now) and I stayed here for a small Honeymoon getaway. Very clean, tons of “little things” (that went a long way) provided such as, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas etc. Wendy was excellent to communicate with and we will certainly be back! The Bootz Family 💕

Very nice unit in great location

Beautiful property with a great location and fantastic view. One queen bed in bedroom with a small futon and long couch with no pull out bed option in living areas. No way this unit could sleep 5 average size people.

Dreamboat

Rental is in the perfect location, right on the beach and across from Bridge street so really don't need to drive anywhere. Wonderful balcony overlooking the Gulf. Wendy answered all of my questions promptly. Only things that could be better is a better designated parking spot for this rental (although we were able to park in a different spot which was just fine) and there needs to be a towel rod/hooks/over the door hanger in the bathroom to hang up towels.

Perfect location

House was in a perfect location, steps to shops & of course, right on the beach. We have a 9 y/o son and I could sit on the deck & watch him walk downstairs to meet his dad on the beach right below us. We stayed for 4 days & saw no need to rent a car. Everything you could need was within very short walking distance. I really loved this area and loved not having to drive anywhere. If you plan to cook or eat at the house, there’s a Circle K you can buy basic stuff at right down the street. Otherwise, there’s a Publix about 15-20 min away. Maybe next time, we’d order grocery delivery on the day of arrival. I would definitely return to this house. Thank you!
