Beautiful home

We had a wonderful time in this lovely home. It was an adjustment for us to have to drive down the highway to the beach instead of having a beach entrance in the neighborhood but overall a great time.

best beach stay!

Wonderful communication, stunning home, and perfect location! having the big chill literally right there was awesome and so easy for food access, shopping, and just hanging out with the family in a different setting. 10/10 do recommend!!

overall, great stay, great property

we enjoyed our stay in all respects. nice property in a nice little town center with some shopping, dining, and shared amenities like a pool. owners were helpful and easy to reach. location is not super convenient to access the beach, but, that's not bad either with bikes and golf card available. so, overall, a great stay.

Beautiful, spacious house in a great location. Our family had a great time enjoying the beaches, The Big Chill and shopping in Seaside & Rosemary Beach. Would definitely come back again.

Enjoyable vacation

This was the best beach house we have stayed at. The only minus was that it wasn’t easy to access the beach. Several miles drive and not many parking places there. We would stay at Prominence again. Loved The Hub.

Perfect!

Beautiful house. Essentially brand new! Relaxing atmosphere and plenty of room for 12 adults. Owner is a great communicator and super nice. Overall, a wonderful experience and we’ll be back!

Excellent Stay!

We booked the house for Spring Break, we had 3 moms, 5 girls and 6 boys, all 10th graders. The layout and number of beds and bedrooms was perfect. And we loved having the huge kitchen and large dining table. We will definitely come back. And the home owners were super responsive.

We loved this house! It was a great fit for our family of 16. Lots of space to spread out. It is tricky getting to the beach but we knew this going into it. The pools were great and the golf cart was a huge plus.

This house layout is beautiful. There was enough for all to move around comfortably. When other family members came by for a visit, they were in love with this home. It had all the essentials needed for our stay. When we had an issue, the host and her husband handle it right away. It was also a pleasure to be able to use the cart to get around.The issues we had with the home in which it is such a beautiful home but some areas were not clean: the entrance into the home all around the door needs cleaning; there was mold on the ceiling in one of the bathroom showers; there some bugs in the kids room; needs a good deep cleaning. Overal this is a very nice home. Enjoyed our stay.

This is a beautiful and HUGE house! We fit 15 people (9 teenage girls and 6 moms) comfortably and it didn’t ever feel like we didn’t have enough space. We would definitely stay here again.

All we can say is thank you. After suffering the unexpected loss of my dad, my family needed a getaway to just breathe. The house and location were perfect.

great house, great location

we loved this house! the location is amazing - right next to the hub so our kids could easily head over for meals/snacks. pools are in close proximity though the beach is further away. the golf carts and bikes make it easy to get anywhere. this house is beautifully maintained and in a great location!

Stay

Our stay on this property was nothing short of amazing. It’s situated right next to the hub in Watersound and a few short steps to the best food/drinks as well as the cutest shops. The pool was steps away and the public beach was just a golf cart ride away. The owner was extremely easy to get in touch with, the property was spectacular, and our overall experience was simply the best. We will definitely be back.
