Magnolia by the sea

The house is exactly as shown in the pictures . It was our family of 5 and we had plenty of space. The walk to the beach was easy and we did rent chairs prior to arrival which i would definitely recommend.

Great

Nice house, nice community. Easy rental and check in! I would’ve liked some information on beach access, chair rentals, etc. we rented a golf cart and that was very helpful to get around and for parking purposes especially being pretty crowded everywhere!

Spring Break

House was as advertised. It’s a short walk to the beach but not as bad as it might appear on the map. Beach supplies in the shed come in handy. We have stayed in the neighborhood several times and really enjoy the private beach and chair service.

Comfortable & well equipped beach home!

Our family had a wonderful week at this cute beach home! There was plenty of room for us all, the kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need, & the shed had lots of beach chairs & toys. We enjoyed sitting out on the screened-in porch in the morning watching the birds and squirrels. The laundry room and outdoor shower were very helpful and the beds were comfortable. Thank you for having us! We made great memories!

Great Stay!

We have stayed in the Magnolia Cottages by the Sea before and familiar with the area. This was a very well kept, nicely layed out home. It was tucked in a bit to a side street so parking could be challenge with large vehicles if the house across the street also has guests parking at the same time. The walk to the beach was not bad and the house is equidistant between the 2 neighborhood pools. Kitchen could have had a few more utensils but that's about all I can think of in terms of upgrades.

Feels like a cabin in the woods, but at the beach!

We loved this property. The best part was the secluded back porch where we sipped coffee every morning before heading out to the beach each day. Our crowd appreciated that each bedroom had it's own bathroom. The kitchen was the perfect open concept for cooking while hanging with your family. The walk to the beach wasn't too far, but the steps down to the beach at the access point were brutal after a long day of sunning. Tip: rent the beach chairs from Cocoa Beach rental company! We had to lug our own chairs each day because we missed the chair rental opportunity. Of course, the access and chair rentals have nothing to do with this property. The property was great! Rent it!
