**There is construction on next to the home, a new home is being built starting 2/5/2024**

Enjoy a short 3-4 minute stroll to the gorgeous beaches of 30A when you stay at Coastal Dream, a three bedroom, three bath home located in Magnolia Cottages by the Sea. This one-story cottage has just about everything for your family vacation or long-weekend with your friends. Nestled in the sand dunes and native brush of Seacrest, you'll enjoy the natural, quiet setting this cottage offers. Wonderful pavered streets add a quaint neighborly feel to the homes. Just north of 30-A, you are only steps from the deeded beach access (400 yards!). 4 Beach chairs and beach cart.

Primary bedroom: A comfortable king-size bed, 46" Samsung TV, and a private bath with a tun/ shower combo. Guest Bedroom: Pillow-top queen-size bed, new flat screen TV, private bath with shower/bathtub combo. Third bedroom: Two full-size beds with a flat screen TV.

Jenn-Air appliances and granite countertops greet you in the kitchen. It is stocked with the essentials you need to get started. A stacked washer and dryer are also provided for you in the laundry room.

You will love the open living room with plush furniture to enjoy relaxing after the beach or watching some TV on large screen TV with HD cable channels or streaming with the premium WIFI internet.

For the outdoor lovers, you will appreciate the largest screened-in porch Magnolia has to offer. This living area comes complete with a loveseat, 2 chairs and a table.

The shared swimming pool is just a short stroll from the cottage or take a brief stroll to the beach. Bring your golf clubs for world-renowned golfing at area courses. And don't forget about the shopping on 30-A as well as the famous outlet malls of Destin!

Magnolia by the sea

The house is exactly as shown in the pictures . It was our family of 5 and we had plenty of space. The walk to the beach was easy and we did rent chairs prior to arrival which i would definitely recommend.

Nice house, nice community. Easy rental and check in! I would’ve liked some information on beach access, chair rentals, etc. we rented a golf cart and that was very helpful to get around and for parking purposes especially being pretty crowded everywhere!

Spring Break

House was as advertised. It’s a short walk to the beach but not as bad as it might appear on the map. Beach supplies in the shed come in handy. We have stayed in the neighborhood several times and really enjoy the private beach and chair service.

Comfortable & well equipped beach home!

Our family had a wonderful week at this cute beach home! There was plenty of room for us all, the kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need, & the shed had lots of beach chairs & toys. We enjoyed sitting out on the screened-in porch in the morning watching the birds and squirrels. The laundry room and outdoor shower were very helpful and the beds were comfortable. Thank you for having us! We made great memories!

Great Stay!

We have stayed in the Magnolia Cottages by the Sea before and familiar with the area. This was a very well kept, nicely layed out home. It was tucked in a bit to a side street so parking could be challenge with large vehicles if the house across the street also has guests parking at the same time. The walk to the beach was not bad and the house is equidistant between the 2 neighborhood pools. Kitchen could have had a few more utensils but that's about all I can think of in terms of upgrades.

Feels like a cabin in the woods, but at the beach!

We loved this property. The best part was the secluded back porch where we sipped coffee every morning before heading out to the beach each day. Our crowd appreciated that each bedroom had it's own bathroom. The kitchen was the perfect open concept for cooking while hanging with your family. The walk to the beach wasn't too far, but the steps down to the beach at the access point were brutal after a long day of sunning. Tip: rent the beach chairs from Cocoa Beach rental company! We had to lug our own chairs each day because we missed the chair rental opportunity. Of course, the access and chair rentals have nothing to do with this property. The property was great! Rent it!
