The house was better than the pictures suggest and closer to the water. We loved the quiet beach in front. We would stay here again.

The location of this house is fantastic. Steps to the beach. Lovely open living space that actually seats 10 and has the perfect view. Well stocked kitchen. Linens included is such a bonus. Access to beach toys and chairs. Joe was excellent with communication. We had a lovely family vacation. Thank you Joe and Kim!

Beautiful house and location! Couldn’t have asked for a better place on the Cape. Beach is gorgeous and so close. Hosts were great at communicating and kept us updated on the renovations which look amazing! Would come back in a heart beat.

Great spot for our family vacation

What a wonderful spot for us to enjoy each other’s company. Comfortable beds, lovely linens, a wonderful deck to enjoy early morning or end of day as the sun sets. What a beautiful view! And so quiet. We all hope to come back again next year

Highly recommend!

Such a lovely home in a wonderful neighborhood with friendly people, not far from shops and restaurants, but the best part was the private beach which we all enjoyed every day. Communication with the owners was prompt and they were super helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful location. Great for kids

We had a great stay. The location was beautiful and steps from the beach. It was perfect for having 4 kids under 4 with us. Lots of toys and other things we needed were available to use. The bed rooms had enough space for all 8 of us as well. We had a great stay.

Still reeling over our visit

We had an amazing time at Joe and Kim's property. Everything was just as described but the VIEW was 10x better than expected. The private beach was perfect for us and even allowed our small pup! Thank you for a beautiful stay and for allowing my family to make everlasting memories, we're truly grateful.

Excellent experience

This was a great house that our family used to attend a wedding in Falmouth. The property manager checked in to be sure we had everything needed and responded immediately when we had a question. I would definitely recommend!

Love this property

Gorgeous views of ocean inside and outside of this home. Neighborhood is beautiful. We had great weather for October but did not go swimming. The beach is just steps from the house. Great deck. Comfortable house. Upstairs bedrooms have 3 sides of windows and views with great air circulation. Outdoor shower with good water pressure. Close to good seafood restaurants and golf courses. Very functional kitchen. Nice deck with views. Additional beaches close by as well as a dog park. Family of 6 adults plus dog had a great time. Martha’s Vineyard is across the water. Winery and brew pub close.

Enchanted Cottage

Our family enjoyed a wonderful week at this lovely cottage. It is charming, comfortable, clean, and restful. The ocean breeze through open windows allows you the best sleep ever! The location is perfect. A few steps from a magnificent beach. A short drive into town. A short walk to other beaches. The view is breathtaking!

Family getaway

We had a great time. It was so lovely to be able to sit out on the porch and see the water. House was great. And we loved the soaps in all the bathrooms.
