The private boardwalk to the sound includes steps to the water so you'll be cooling off in no time. After a day of fun, catch an unforgettable sunset from two levels of outdoor decks on the backside of the home.

Catch the wind or the water right from your backyard! Not only is Hatteras Island a favorite location for kayaking and SUP, but it’s also one of the most sought-after destinations in the world for kiteboarding and windsurfing!

When entering the home, you'll find the game room equipped with a pool table, TV, stereo, and mini-fridge. Challenge friends to a game of pool or other games after a day in the sun. You'll also find a bedroom and half bathroom on this level.

As you reach the next level of the home, you'll find the remaining four bedrooms. Four bedrooms have TVs, so choosing your bedroom will not be hard. Two bedrooms have direct deck access so grab you can wake up to the serenity of the Island as you are surrounded by nature. You won't want to miss a sunset from this spot - they're unbeatable!

After reaching the third floor of the home, you'll notice the open floor plan. The spacious living areas offer plenty of seating for your whole crew. Take advantage of quality time together here. The kitchen and dining areas offer plenty of space for preparing delicious recipes and enjoying them together. Sip your morning cup of joe from the top deck as you overlook the sound. Peak from the loft above the living area to get ocean and sound views or curl up with a good book in this private space.

Beautiful Frisco beaches are just across Highway 12 with seasonal lifeguards so your family can swim and play at the beach with ease! Nearby Quarterdeck Restaurant is only a short walk away while other attractions, shopping, and restaurants are only a short drive away. Beautiful home with even more beautiful views.

This house was huge for my husband myself and our two small children but yet we still felt cozy and comfortable. Watching the marsh birds and osprey hunt right from the back porch was awesome. The house gives a relaxing laid back vibe… Even though right on the main road 12 you would never know it from quiet back porch. Overall we definitely enjoyed our stay and would rent again!

Nice property in Frisco.

Great location for accessing ramp 49. Also centrally located between Buxton and Hatteras access ramps. Comfortable living area. Nice kitchen layout. Beautiful sunset views over the sound. Love the boardwalk to the sound!

Lots of space but some issues

Location was great and home has a lot of space. Upon arrival the hot tub had no power. Despite 2 work requests submitted over the weekend we had to call the main office Monday. They sent somebody over to fix the water heater? Finally got the hot tub resolved. Many lights were not working or completely missing bulbs. Home wasn’t very clean (filthy baseboards, cigarettes and beer cans in driveway, stained carpet, nail clippings throughout). Pool table had only one pool cue with a felt tip. House was ok overall but could use some attention. It’s unlikely we would choose it again without assurance that the issues have been addressed.

Gillade: Renlighet och kommunikation

The house had some issues. Most of the blinds did not work. There is a leak in the basement bedroom and it smelled musty. Ac was not working on top floor it took 3 days to get it fixed. There was trash all around the outside of the house and along board walk to water.

Do not rent from Vacasa

We have rented from every local rental company on Hatteras Island for the past 30 years and have NEVER ONCE had a poor experience. We have been extremely let down by the transfer of property management to the big conglomerate Vacasa. We had a broken toilet and several broken sinks the day we arrived and made multiple phone calls to customer service within the first few days. We were promised multiple times that a plumber would be sent out and one never showed??? Views were lovely and kitchen was well stocked. Please work on your customer service and follow through as this will be the last time our family will rent from you all.

This place was way more than we needed for the two of us, but the location, price and set up was perfect for us. All you could every need for cooking and baking utensils, beautiful sound side dock we paddled from often and right new the washout and close enough to kite point for most kiteable wind directions. Also awesome was the hot tub, and AMAZING sunset views and walkable distance to ocean side. Perfect.

OBX Frisco

Amazing sunsets!! Great location for Hatteras. Spacious for large families. Living and bedroom areas spread throughout 4 levels , large kitchen with all the things. Hot tub was wonderful after a long day. Would definitely recommend.

Nice place, better location

Nice house in a great spot if you want to get to the drive on beaches. Plenty of room for kids and adults to spread out. The house could use some TLC, but maybe that’s what you get staying later in the summer.

Good Location

This home was great and a prime location for ramp 49. Beautiful sound side views! The only qualms we had ourselves was the direct communication with Vacasa. The home advertises wifi; however there was no wifi connection the entire week we were there and there was no communication about if we would gain it through vacasa or outerbeaches realty for multiple days. Ultimately the issue was never resolved. The check out was also confusing because Vacasa was sending instructions via email and the home itself had instructions printed and laid on the counter for us. The check out instructions from Vacasa stated 10 am check out, but the printed instructions stated 8 am and when the day came to check out we receive a text at 5:30 pm from Vacasa asking if we were ready to check out. In all, the customer service was not handled to our standards and hope they are working to improve as they move forward.
