Pack your bags and head to Hatteras Island for the escape you need. With three levels of furnished decks and added amenities, Sea Isle Escape will make your next vacation a dream come true. This home has beautiful nautical decor throughout the entire home!

On the ground level, a fish cleaning tabl and a gas grill make preparing meals a breeze. Soak up the sun in the private swimming pool. The entry level features a spacious game room. Enjoy time with family and friends with a pool table, wet bar with refrigerator, and a TV. A well-placed laundry room completes this floor. Also, right outside of the game room is a covered area with a picnic table. A large outdoor shower is available for your convenience after a long day on the beach playing in the sand and splashing in the ocean waves.

Two ocean-side primary bedrooms have private baths, TVs, and sliding glass doors that access the covered decks. Two others include a shared bathroom. These rooms are well suited for children and adolescents alike and includes a TV in the twin room.

The third level invites you with a generous great room, perfect for relaxing after a long day in the sand and sun. The great room is equipped with a Samsung smart TV. Also, on this level is a spacious master suite with private bath. Prepare those treasured family recipes in the well-equipped kitchen. With all the comforts of home and more, Sea Isle Escape offers everything you need to have the best getaway yet!

Amazing place to stat near the beach!

Great stay in a clean and spacious home! We had a wonderful time at this vacation home. The place was very clean, spacious, and in an awesome location—super convenient for beach access and exploring the area. The beach and pool were both fantastic and definitely highlights of the stay. A couple of suggestions to make a great stay even better: a throw blanket for the couch would be a nice cozy touch, and blackout blinds in the bedrooms would really help, especially for light sleepers. If you’re a sensitive sleeper, be mindful that the bedroom under the dining area can pick up some noise. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would absolutely come back again!

Pet Owners Beware

This house is great, BUT nowhere in the listing does it say that your dog is not going to be allowed in the fenced in yard. I totally understand that homeowners would not want pets in the pool, but for the homeowners to SHOW UP AT THE HOUSE the first morning and yell at me that I’m not allowed to have dogs in the backyard was uncalled for. They came to clean the pool, but when he saw me on the third floor deck he yelled at me to keep my dog out of the yard and that this wasn’t a “kennel” and they are not there to clean up after my dog. I said sir, that’s why I am here. I walked downstairs to talk to him and as I got closer to him he crosses his arms in front of him YELLING “stay away from me unless you want covid”. So you’re telling me you and your wife have covid and you came to the house and TOUCHED my dogs belongings that I had in the fenced in yard that I was unaware he wasn’t allowed in and moved the things outside of the yard? That’s BS. The kitchen counter and dining room table were not cleaned at all. There was also a whole container of dried baby food snacks spilled on the deck. Vacasa did text me asking to rate the cleanliness of the property. When I texted back to let them know about the cleanliness, I got no response.I wish I could recommend this house, but I’m pretty sure no one will want to rent it with a pet knowing they won’t be able to be in the fenced in yard. That’s literally why I picked the house so he had somewhere to be free from a leash for a bit.

The house was great , location was great , the dune to walk over to the beach was a tuff one at times , if you have older elderly family with you , I would suggest driving down the road to a beach access . The house was really nice , however there were no kitchen towels , or wash cloths for in the kitchen but one . Sand was all over the floor and the dining room table . Didn’t look like it had been swept at all . Very roomy and had plenty of room for the family !!! Would stay here again ! Thanks for letting us rent your place ! We love OBX !!

Lovely home/ poor management

Lovely home, beautiful beach. Lack of communication by management was very frustrating. They would not return calls. We had to call multiple times to get the pool heat turned on, even after calling with in the stated time frame. Never got a returned call or confirmation. We eventually gave up. Very disappointed in Vacasa management.

Great home!

This home is in a nice quiet neighborhood. Easy walk to the beach! If you have people in your group that have difficulty walking there’s a dune you have to walk over and they may have difficulty. It was fun sitting on the beach watching the surfers. We rented bikes and enjoyed riding around the neighborhood. The grocery store, Food Lion, is about a 20 minute drive and packed on Saturday evening! There’s a Dollar General close though. They carry fruits and some veggies, cold and frozen items. The best part of the house, besides the pool, is it was clean! Lots of TP in every bathroom. Coffee filters and dish/dishwasher detergent. Plenty of dishes, pots, pans, etc. We truly enjoyed being there. Too bad our week there ended.

June 2022 Vacation

My family enjoyed this very nice home. Loved that the kitchen had everything we needed and the cabinets were so nicely labeled. Bedrooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. Enjoyed the pool and the hot/cold outdoor shower. We drove to and on the beach everyday. The beach access near the house is a fairly steep climb up the dunes so we didn’t go to the beach there.

Nice house, great for a large group

I recommend the pool heat because the pool is awesome, especially for little kids. My daughter also loved the outdoor shower and the bunk beds. The kitchen is big and full of most everything you need (except a kettle and crab crackers!). The porch was our favorite place to gather at sunset.

Great beach house

The house was very nice and well kept. There was plenty of room for all ten of us. The grandkids loved the room with the bunk beds. Just a short walk to the beach which was nice. Thanks to the owners for sharing their lovely beach house.
