Gorgeous Townhouse at the Base of Snow Summit Ski Resort!

This Deluxe 3 Bedroom Townhouse is literally steps away from Snow Summit ski resort. Staying here allows you to take your time getting ready and simply walk out your front door to the nearest chair lift. Dishes and utensils are provided, and the full kitchen is equipped to prepare a gourmet meal as you would in your own home, complete with oven, range, refrigerator, and microwave.

The upstairs living area provides plenty space to relax with the family, complete with a fireplace, flat screen cable TV, and DVD player. Keep warm with central heating throughout the Townhouse while you enjoy free wireless internet.

Downstairs you’ll find a master bedroom with private bath, King bed, and flat screen cable TV. Our second bedroom has a double / twin bunk with flat screen cable TV. The third bedroom has two twin beds.

Escape For All Seasons is conveniently located so that you can enjoy all mountain activities with very little, if any, driving required. We are only moments to the lake and minutes to the center of town. The National Forest with hiking and bike trails are directly adjacent to the complex. Come stay with us and enjoy everything that Big Bear has to offer!

Big Bear Summit stay

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was in good condition for the age of the building. There was a few issues, nothing major. The entrance and back deck were covered in spiderwebs and pollen. We couldn't use the back deck if we wanted to because of it. The hot water had not been turned back down from winter conditions, so the water was insanely hot. The coffee maker didn't work either. All things that were easily adjusted to. The staff was great and I'm sure they would have handled the issues, but they should be ready to go. The location was great!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was clean and somewhat updated. I like the location and convenience. My only complaint is just the check in process. You have to wait in the cold for a manager to get out of bed to answer the door and verify your card and identification. Then they give you keys and ink copy your card. This is a very dated procedure. The trouble of waiting for someone to check you in while your family waits in the cold needing to pee could be avoided with a simple lockbox.
