This recently renovated townhouse features bright, chic modern decor and is perfectly located just steps from the slopes of Snow Summit. Enjoy the convenience of walking right out your front door to the nearest chair lift, no driving needed!

Inside, the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare gourmet meals, including an oven, range, refrigerator, microwave, and all dishes and utensils. The spacious upstairs living area offers a cozy log fireplace, a large flat-screen TV, and plenty of natural light from large windows and high ceilings. Stay comfortable year-round with central heating and complimentary wireless internet.

The master bedroom downstairs includes a queen bed and full bath. The second bedroom also has a queen bed, with a nearby full bathroom across the hall. The third bedroom features two twin bunk beds, perfect for kids or guests.

My husband took our son and a few friends to Big Bear to go mountain biking for the weekend. This was the perfect place for them. There was room for everyone, the house was very comfortable and the boys could just ride to/from the mountain without the need of a drop off. Just note, there is no airconditioning, so it's hot in the summer even with the windows open. Apparently, few places in the Big Bear area have AC, so this is normal. If you have a chance to stay here do it!

Snow Summit Ski Stay

We enjoyed our stay in a slopeside condo at Snow Summit. The location was excellent and the condo was well furnished. We didn't receive instructions about how to access the condo, and so had to inquire to find that out.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Came up for a mountain bike weekend with friends. This place was exactly what we needed. John at the front desk was friendly and helpful, made checking in smooth and simple, condo had everything we needed especially comfy beds after riding all day. Would definitely come back here.

Can’t beat the location!

My family had a great time at this property. It is an easy walk from the front door to the lifts. The management and staff are helpful and accommodating. The main living area is an excellent place to hang out, play games or just collapse after a day of skiing. Make sure to bring firewood. The fireplace is gas, but you’ll want some wood to burn. Overall, very happy.

Great Location

We loved our stay! Can’t beat this location! The upstairs family area is perfect! Overall the place could use a deep cleaning. Dirty utensil left next to BBQ upon arrival. There was a mini donut under the bed when we arrived. The fireplace tools need replacing. And there was not dish soap or hand soap for kitchen. Definitely bring firewood. None provided. We left some for the next group. The awesomeness of the family area outweighs these minor details though. We will definitely be back.

The property was very conveniently located to everything in Big Bear, especially for skiers if you book in Winter. The photos of the property are flattering compared to reality. We booked for the Tour de Big Bear in July and found out upon arrival that the property was not air-conditioned and quite warm. Fans made night time bearable in the Great Room and one bedroom. The second bedroom was hot - the fan was ineffective. The entire Great Room/main floor was too hot during the day. Stains on bedspreads and limited toiletries...so pack and bring your soap products...while we had no major issues, I would not rebook this property for next year,...
