Fully equipped for a fun filled vacay! A short walk to the beach might be interrupted by the park and splash pad or even a cheeseburger at The Perch.
That’s just day one... the next could be filled with sunning on the dock with a cool jump in the deep-water canal or take off on your boat to hang out at the sand bar or visit a nearby restaurant or bar on the water. Another option may be relaxing on the spacious swing bed while enjoying a good book while the kids play in the spacious yard - secured with a fence at the dock and front entrance.! Stretch each day into the stellar sunsets that are best enjoyed with a glass of wine and friends on the oversized deck!! Set one day aside for paddle boarding or kayaking (both provided) around the marsh and if you so desire tackle the waterway. Grilling out is always an option and best enjoyed with the outdoor entertainment area while you watch sports or your favorite show on the outdoor TV. A refrigerator is conveniently located in the downstairs area. Positioned directly across from the Ocean Isle Fishing Center this location is perfect for the avid fisherman with excellent docking equipped with water and power and a convenient cleaning station.

Memorial Day - 2024

We had the best Memorial Day weekend with friends and family that we could have had! This house was so comfortable, and we definitely plan to stay here again! The weather was perfect, and the house was so comfortable. The house was very clean and neat and it was nice to not have to pack linens! We enjoyed the house so much, sitting on the deck during the evening overlooking the beautiful marsh with a cool breeze. We fried fresh Mahi downstairs one evening and had a shrimp boil another. All kinds of toys are provided, Paddle board, bikes, cornhole boards, kayak, gas grill, and beach chairs. The outdoor space on the ground floor was perfect too. Large TV. Allison was so accommodating, and our weekend could not have been better! We will definitely be coming back.

PALS vacation

Our trip was amazing and the house was beautiful. There was more than enough room for us (3) couples and we had everything we needed to enjoy the best vacation. The house was fully stocked with the necessities and even things we didn’t expect it felt like we were at home. The back deck that overlooked the inlet was everyone’s go to spot in the morning because it was so beautiful and being able to watch the dolphins play on our last morning finished off our trip. We will definitely be back at some point for another PALS weekend.

Wonderful location and beautiful views!

This was the perfect house for two young families with 5 kids under 8. It was safe, lots to do and plenty of bed space. The sheets were super comfortable! Plenty of beach toys, chairs and the kitchen was fully stocked. The views off the back porch were phenomenal, not to mention the easy access to everything from our boat we docked. We will be back!

Amazing!

5 stars all the way! The kitchen was well stocked, there were plenty of beach accessories to enjoy, and the house was beautifully decorated. We had everything we needed to enjoy the beach and the waterway as there was plenty of room to dock our boat….not to mention its perfectly located to enjoy the restaurants, coffee shop, etc. Allison was very responsive and we wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again!
