This is a well-appointed single level home with everything your vacation needs. The Master bedroom has a king size bed, private bath with jacuzzi tub, a walk-in closet and a large HDTV. The second room has a King size bed, large closet and beautiful HDTV. The third bedroom features two Bunk beds, plenty of board games and a large HDTV. The second and third bedrooms share a bath between them. The living room is spacious with fireplace, plenty of seating, a queen size sleeper sofa, a gaming system with over a hundred games and a 65in HDTV. All TV's have Netflix, Hulu, and Disney + streaming free for our quests to enjoy. The dining room seats 6 around a large wooden farmhouse table (we have extra chairs in mudroom). The Kitchen has everything you need to prepare large meals or just microwaving leftovers, and a huge coffee and tea station to get your morning started. The main hang out spot is the game room. We spared no expense to make this a room to build family memories. Pool Table, foosball table, Competition Air Hockey Table, Competition Dart board, 4 stand up video game Cabinets, With multiple Games, 65in HDTV , and over 50 popular Board Games, And much more make this the FUN ZONE. The home is equipped with blazing fast Wi-Fi for gamers, streamers, and workaholics. The front porch offers rockers and a swing to relax and enjoy the night skies and the back deck features a Jacuzzi Hot Tub where you and your guests can relax sipping your favorite adult beverages while watching the nightly Dollywood fireworks show, (yes, we are that close to Dollywood, but you would never know it). We follow advanced cleaning techniques and CDC guidelines for the home and The Hot Tub is emptied, cleaned, and refilled between each guest. The Home is on an acre of private land for you to enjoy. So, kick back and relax, we got you covered.

Perfect for our family

The host was so kind and helpful. The home had everything for our family with ages ranging from 4-60! So many little details that were such a blessing to see in the home! We enjoyed the home so much that we were very content staying in for the evenings!:) location was also very good! Great home for a family! :)

Cousins reunite for Dolly

We loved our stay! Everything was very clean. We had plenty of fluffy towels. The high chair was a bonus although we brought a portable one for our 9month old. The kids loved the bunk beds and game room. Location was great! It’s very close to Dollywood and places to eat. We will definitely be back this summer to visit Dollywoods water park next time. Lastly, the hosts were great too! Very responsive with any questions we had. Pick this place!

Great getaway

The house and location were perfect for our weekend away!! The hot tub was great after a full day at Dollywood! The hosts were easy to reach and quick to respond! Kiddos LOVED the game room. If we come back we will definitely try to use this property.

Sunshine Cottage

Home has everything you will need to enjoy your stay in Pigeon Forge. Close to all attractions but, yet very private and comfortable. Great home decorated very well and very comfortable for family. Will remember to keep this as one of our favorites and hope to return again soon! Very neat and clean.

Trip to Dollywood

This house was perfectly located; less than three miles to Dollywood and two miles to Wild Bear tubing. The grandkids were beyond thrilled with the game room. The house was very clean and well stocked with towels and essentials. We would definitely rent this house again on a trip to Dollywood.

Perfect Mountain Home

This is the perfect place to stay in Sevierville! The home is beautifully decorated with everything you need. The game room is fantastic our grandchildren had so much fun in there. There is a hot tub on the back porch and you can watch the fireworks from Dollywood there. It’s located close to everything but out in a quiet neighborhood so it’s very relaxing in the mornings and evenings after being out all day. Love the front porch with all the rockers and swing. The hosts are great if you have any problem, they will fix it as soon as possible. I spoke with Patrick on the phone and had the pleasure to meet Dawn while we were there. They are the perfect hosts that want to make sure your trip is fantastic! We would definitely come back again. Thanks for making our trip fun !

Just like home

The home was just as pictured, kitchen had what we needed to prepare meals, plenty of bath towels and shower shampoos, soaps and lotions plus fizzies for the jet tub. Game room was a huge sucess for the gamers in the family. The view of Dollywood fireworks was a nice end to a perfect day in Pigeon Forge.

Awesome!!!

This was the perfect family getaway for our family. The location was ideal for Dollywood & surrounding attractions. The home was very clean & roomy for everyone. We all enjoyed the game room in the mornings & evenings before & after our daily adventures. Our host was in contact with us throughout our stay if we needed anything which was very thoughtful. I would certainly stay here again & hope to real soon!!

Great Property / Excellent Location

What a perfect place for our two families to stay. The game room was fun for the kids, and the hot tub was enjoyed by everyone! Furniture was comfortable, space was cozy, and the towels and toiletries were included! Easy packing. Plus the location was literally 5 mintutes away from Dollywood and less than 10 from Pigeon Forge. You just couldn't ask for a better getaway.

Great overnight stay

We had a blast!

When we arrived the cleaning lady was running behind, we were told we could go ahead and go in, but we didn’t wanna be in her way. We understand things happen, so we didn’t let that effect our trip! The house was really clean & welcoming. The kids absolutely loved playing in the game room and being in the hot tub. We parents also enjoyed the comfort of the home and how local it was to downtown. We would stay again.

Sunshine Cottage

We loved our stay at Sunshine Cottage! It was very clean, and the neighborhood was quiet-even though we were close to everything we wanted to do. Self-service check in and out was really easy, and the hosts were quick to respond to us whenever we had any questions. The whole home is tastefully decorated and the family room is nice and cozy. The fire in the fireplace with the touch of a button was really nice because the spring weather was still a bit chilly when we stayed. We also enjoyed the fun game room. We would definitely stay here again!
