Lakefront egendom med egen brygga pÄ Otis Reservoir med vacker utsikt och trÀdgÄrd. Perfekt för höstlöv. För skidsÀsong: 25 minuter till Butternut, 55 minuter till Jiminy Peak, 6 minuter till Otis Ridge och steg frÄn sjön för lÀngdskidÄkning eller skridskoÄkning. 2 minuter till "downtown East Otis" med Katie's Country-butik och bensinstation med allt nödvÀndigt. 5 minuter till Tolland St Park, 12 minuter till Jacobs kudde, 35-50 minuter frÄn Tanglewood, Shakespeare & Co, Rockwell Museum, Outlets in Lee och resten av Berkshires attraktioner. Max 4 bilar.

Huset har fullt fungerande kök med porslin för 10+, grytor och kokkÀrl, köksredskap, tvÄ kylskÄp, elektrisk ugn med 4 glasskivor, mikrovÄgsugn, kaffebryggare, Keurig och diskmaskin. Deras Àr en utomhus 5-brÀnnare gasgrill. Sittplatsen inkluderar matbord för 6, barstolar för 4, den avskÀrmade verandan anvÀnds under 3 sÀsonger och plats 10. Har ocksÄ en tvÀttmaskin och torktumlare och en reservgenerator.

KÀllaren har ett biljardbord i full storlek, darttavla och separat bordtennisbord. Den 42 'HDTV ansluten till en Roku, YouTubeTV inkluderar alla större nÀtverk, NESN, NBC Sports Boston, ESPN, de flesta kabelkanaler, förmÄgan att "DVR" visar och uppslag visar du har missat. Det finns ocksĂ„ en kanot och en kajak som kan lĂ€ggas i vattnet. Otis Reservoir Ă€r en mycket önskvĂ€rd sjö eftersom den drĂ€neras ner 25+ fot varje vinter och dödar all tang. Vattnet Ă€r vackert och rent för alla bad- och bĂ„taktiviteter - ingen grön algea eller tang. Reservoaren Ă€r 1/2 mil bred och 4+ miles lĂ„ng. House har ett vĂ„t rum för förvaring av alla rör, paddlar, flytvĂ€star. Dessutom Ă€r det pĂ„ den östra stranden av sjön vilket innebĂ€r att den fĂ„r eftermiddagsolen - mer sannolikt att det kan simmas under marginella dagar. Även bra fiske strax utanför bryggan (för mindre fiskar).

The laundry setup was easy to use. There are 2 washers and dryers. Lake view is wonderful. The home is relaxing and peaceful. We will stay there again.

The overall experience of this house is great. The view of the very clean lake is excellent and on non motorized boats, the local boaters are very courteous. The property is nice and private and had everything you could need for a relaxing weekend away.

The location is phenomenal. Right on the lake with wonderful high windows to take in the views. Marshal was a very responsive host, ensuring the house was stocked with firewood for our stay when I mentioned we wanted to do some s’mores. Some things that were not ideal: the house was noticeably dirty when we arrived. Floors had not been swept, the fridge had food residue inside that we cleaned out ourselves. Very few kitchen towels, and those that were there appeared to have been recently used. Some of the amenities are also in disrepair. The bottom of the fire bowl was corroded, which caused embers to fall through. The canoe had a leak and both the canoes and kayaks were covered with spiderwebs we had to rinse off prior to using them.

Beautiful View on the Lake

This family vacation home is large and well furnished. Comfortable, including the beds, which is one of the first requirements for a codger like me.The lake view from the large living room was a great backdrop for chilling out in the spacious greenroom.Kitchen was well-furnished, laundry worked perfectly and there was plenty of gas for the grill. Make sure you grocery shop before you get here, local markets are small, limited.Thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay.

Perfect family weekend in Otis MA lake house

This was an exceptional spacious lake house with fantastic views of Otis reservoir! Clean clear water. You can walk down to the dock. We saw a bald eagle from the large deck. We were 9 adults, and we all had plenty of space with everything we needed! Lots of hiking spots nearby.

Christmas stay

The location is beautiful and there are lots of places to visit in the area. The house is nice; great view of Otis Reservoir. It took us a while to figure out the multiple thermostats, but it was a good Christmas house. The owner was nice enough to allow us to have a Christmas tree, and had someone make an extra trash pick up for us after Christmas.The one thing we were disappointed in was the cleanliness. Shower curtains were moldy, some of the dishes weren't very clean, expired condiments in the refrigerator and old butter in the butter dish and one really bad stain on one of the bunkbed mattresses. That was too bad because everything else was great.

Amazing Stay

This was an awesome stay with family. The foliage was beautiful and the view of the lake was amazing. We had such a great little family get together. Marshal was a great host, very quick to respond.

Tranquil

Comfortable, amazing views, room for everyone. Granted we didn’t need all the room, but if you’re looking for a place to bring a group and stay together, this is the place. The views of the reservoir are stellar. We had rainy and cloudy weather and even about five minutes of snow during our stay. But when the clouds cleared the sunset was beautiful and seeing the almost full moon through the large wall of windows overlooking the water made me never want to go to bed! Just beautiful! Sufficient kitchen with everything you need to cook just about anything. Grill outside. There is a keurig but make sure to bring your own k-cups as they are not included with your stay. Overall would recommend this rental!

Relaxing Home with a Great View

Perfect home on Otis Lake with plenty of room for a group of friends to gather. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils, pots/pans, dishes to make a nice meal. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of outdoor furniture to gather near the fire pit by the lake. Keurig coffee maker available to make coffee in the morning. Nice and quiet, felt very private. Plenty of room for parking. Thanks for letting us rent.

Band Weekend

Me and the 3 other guys in my band rented the lakehouse for a long weekend and it was perfect for us. Beautiful location, plenty of room, and very comfortable. The owners were very communicative and helpful. Hope to do it again next year.

Peaceful Oasis

What an amazing location. Quiet and tranquil. I would love to come back in the summer time to enjoy the waterfront activities. If you are looking for a great place to stay close to all the Berkshire's has to offer look no further. Marshal is a great communicator.

Rustic beauty of the Berkshires with beautiful lake views, in a quiet bucolic town with access to skiing, dance, music, theater, outlets. Easy access from both the East (Boston) and the South (NY/CT). High quality home able to host guests from near and far to 'get away from it all' but still have modern comforts, full kitchen, satellite TV and wifi internet.
