Lakefront egendom med egen brygga på Otis Reservoir med vacker utsikt och trädgård. Perfekt för höstlöv. För skidsäsong: 25 minuter till Butternut, 55 minuter till Jiminy Peak, 6 minuter till Otis Ridge och steg från sjön för längdskidåkning eller skridskoåkning. 2 minuter till "downtown East Otis" med Katie's Country-butik och bensinstation med allt nödvändigt. 5 minuter till Tolland St Park, 12 minuter till Jacobs kudde, 35-50 minuter från Tanglewood, Shakespeare & Co, Rockwell Museum, Outlets in Lee och resten av Berkshires attraktioner. Max 4 bilar.

Huset har fullt fungerande kök med porslin för 10+, grytor och kokkärl, köksredskap, två kylskåp, elektrisk ugn med 4 glasskivor, mikrovågsugn, kaffebryggare, Keurig och diskmaskin. Deras är en utomhus 5-brännare gasgrill. Sittplatsen inkluderar matbord för 6, barstolar för 4, den avskärmade verandan används under 3 säsonger och plats 10. Har också en tvättmaskin och torktumlare och en reservgenerator.

Källaren har ett biljardbord i full storlek, darttavla och separat bordtennisbord. Den 42 'HDTV ansluten till en Roku, YouTubeTV inkluderar alla större nätverk, NESN, NBC Sports Boston, ESPN, de flesta kabelkanaler, förmågan att "DVR" visar och uppslag visar du har missat. Otis Reservoir är en mycket önskvärd sjö eftersom den dräneras ner 25+ fot varje vinter och dödar all tang. Vattnet är vackert och rent för alla bad- och båtaktiviteter - ingen grön algea eller tang. Reservoaren är 1/2 mil bred och 4+ miles lång. House har ett våt rum för förvaring av alla rör, paddlar, flytvästar. Dessutom är det på den östra stranden av sjön vilket innebär att den får eftermiddagsolen - mer sannolikt att det kan simmas under marginella dagar. Även bra fiske strax utanför bryggan (för mindre fiskar).

Perfect family weekend in Otis MA lake house

This was an exceptional spacious lake house with fantastic views of Otis reservoir! Clean clear water. You can walk down to the dock. We saw a bald eagle from the large deck. We were 9 adults, and we all had plenty of space with everything we needed! Lots of hiking spots nearby.

Christmas stay

The location is beautiful and there are lots of places to visit in the area. The house is nice; great view of Otis Reservoir. It took us a while to figure out the multiple thermostats, but it was a good Christmas house. The owner was nice enough to allow us to have a Christmas tree, and had someone make an extra trash pick up for us after Christmas.The one thing we were disappointed in was the cleanliness. Shower curtains were moldy, some of the dishes weren't very clean, expired condiments in the refrigerator and old butter in the butter dish and one really bad stain on one of the bunkbed mattresses. That was too bad because everything else was great.

Amazing Stay

This was an awesome stay with family. The foliage was beautiful and the view of the lake was amazing. We had such a great little family get together. Marshal was a great host, very quick to respond.

Tranquil

Comfortable, amazing views, room for everyone. Granted we didn’t need all the room, but if you’re looking for a place to bring a group and stay together, this is the place. The views of the reservoir are stellar. We had rainy and cloudy weather and even about five minutes of snow during our stay. But when the clouds cleared the sunset was beautiful and seeing the almost full moon through the large wall of windows overlooking the water made me never want to go to bed! Just beautiful! Sufficient kitchen with everything you need to cook just about anything. Grill outside. There is a keurig but make sure to bring your own k-cups as they are not included with your stay. Overall would recommend this rental!

Relaxing Home with a Great View

Perfect home on Otis Lake with plenty of room for a group of friends to gather. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils, pots/pans, dishes to make a nice meal. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of outdoor furniture to gather near the fire pit by the lake. Keurig coffee maker available to make coffee in the morning. Nice and quiet, felt very private. Plenty of room for parking. Thanks for letting us rent.

Band Weekend

Me and the 3 other guys in my band rented the lakehouse for a long weekend and it was perfect for us. Beautiful location, plenty of room, and very comfortable. The owners were very communicative and helpful. Hope to do it again next year.

Peaceful Oasis

What an amazing location. Quiet and tranquil. I would love to come back in the summer time to enjoy the waterfront activities. If you are looking for a great place to stay close to all the Berkshire's has to offer look no further. Marshal is a great communicator.

Very nice waterfront

House was very clean . Nice open floor plan. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds with 2 on main floor. however there are not 4 private bedrooms. The upstairs sleeps 6 however you have to walk through a bedroom to get to the next one or the bathroom. Okay for a family but not for adults.The grill was not clean enough to use. However the sunset on the deck very nice and it was quite peaceful

Family weekend

Loved the location by the water and plenty room for our group of 6 adults + 2 kids. It was very easy to communicate with Marshal. My problem was with the kitchen, no room whatsoever for our own supplies in kitchen cabinets, also the freezer part of the refrigerator really need a good cleaning.

Great lake location and house layout.

We found this house to have a perfect layout, with an open layout on the main floor that overlooks the lake, a basement for the kids to hang out, and plenty of space for our two families for a weekend. Overall, the house was clean and well kept. The only insight I would add is that the house is not depersonalized and it feels like you are in someone else's living space for the weekend, with lots of family photos around, food in the cabinets and refrigerator/freezer, and many personal items around. Just mentioning that if you like to have more of a hotel feel. Other than that, getting in and out was very easy with the host. The location was decent for seeing the Berkshire sites (30-40 minutes to get to pretty much everything). Likely a great place to have fun on the lake during the summer, but too cold on our trip.

Plenty to do with ping pong, darts, pool table, movies, canoeing and kayaking, jumping off floating dock. Weather was chilly with sun a couple days, other days Lake choppy and very windy so boats weren’t as enjoyable as if normal summer weather. Beautiful views, comfy beds and furniture. Plenty of space for a large family reunion. Otis has remained the small quiet town it was 60 years ago when we owned property on the lake on the Tolland side. I got my Otis fix and still feel it is my piece of heaven whenever I return. I gave 5 stars as home was spacious for our large family gathering. My only suggestion was the closets, drawers, cabinets and freezer were full of food and clothing. The freezer was packed full of food, no ice maker and only one steak knife. We managed but we ended up leaving grocery items on counter. On the plus side we had a full cabinet of spices, plenty of paper towels and toilet paper. The kids jumped in the water even though chilly temps 60-70 and enjoyed the canoe and kayaks.

Rustic beauty of the Berkshires with beautiful lake views, in a quiet bucolic town with access to skiing, dance, music, theater, outlets. Easy access from both the East (Boston) and the South (NY/CT). High quality home able to host guests from near and far to 'get away from it all' but still have modern comforts, full kitchen, satellite TV and wifi internet.
