Enjoy Chico with the sprawling park like backyard in a secluded family-friendly neighborhood! With plenty of space to relax, conveniently located near Hwy 99 and only 12 minutes to downtown Chico, this home is perfect for your visit. Host a small gathering for your Chico State grad, visit the local wineries and craft breweries, Meriam Park, or some of the local shops downtown. If you need some downtime, relax by the pool or enjoy a walk around the tree lined streets of this peaceful neighborhood.

The space
Home has 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, playroom has one of the full baths attached with an option to have an inflatable queen mattress. (upon request)
Stocked kitchen with top of the line appliances, coffee and Nespresso machine, and propane BBQ. Enjoy a meal surrounded by family or friends in the dining room, kitchen nook, or outdoor space.
Washer/dryer located off the kitchen. Sheets and bath towels provided. Please provide your own pool towels.

This home boasts a swimming pool, hot tub for 4-6 people, outdoor dining, living and fireplace area. There is plenty for kids as well with a basketball hoop, trampoline, ping pong, tether ball, playhouse and ample space to run around.

Wifi and streaming services available. Make sure to logout of your Netflix etc. account before leaving.

FINE PRINT:
- We do not allow cancellations outside of the cancellation windows.
- While we want you to enjoy your time in our home, please be considerate of our neighbors and keep the outside noise to a minimum after 10 pm.
- No trailers, boats or motorhomes.
- NO SMOKING or PETS on the property. You will be charged an additional $250 and there will be an increase in cleaning fee for any damages.
- Pool, hot tub, trampoline and play structures are use at your own risk. Host is not responsible for any injuries that result from the use of these amenities.
- No early check-in or late check-out unless previously arranged with host prior to stay. Should you choose to ignore or overlook this rule we reserve the right to charge $75/hour

Forest getaway in Chico

A beautiful home with a magical backyard. This property has everything you need. A perfectly manicured lawn, playhouse's, pool, spa, redwood tree's and an outdoor cat named Ziggy that keeps you company the whole time. This house can not be beat. From the moment we placed our reservation Kristi made sure we felt at home. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home.

Fantastic Get Away!

I rented this home for the location and the pool. What I got was a hundred times more! The home was spectacular, the hosts went well beyond my expectations and property was more than the website can share. I would recommend this property to any family with all ages and you will NOT be disappointed. WE LOVED THIS HOME and HOSTS!

Beautiful North Chico Home

The property was just as pictured and described and served our family well while in Chico for a memorial service. Such a beautiful setting. Extremely comfortable and relaxing with everything we needed. Kristi (the host) even left a very sweet welcome basket with a few local favorites and surprises for our kids. The house was perfect for our 4&6 year olds with endless opportunities for entertainment outside and inside. We only had one mishap with the WiFi one evening but it was fixed after a few texts with the hosts. Highly recommend.

Absolutely perfect stay!

Kristi has created an oasis in Chico with her beautifully decorated home, spacious and fun backyard with pool, patio, bbq, basketball hoop and trampoline. She was amazingly organized and had proactive and responsive communication with us throughout the process. My husband and I came for a family weekend with our two adult children, and in-laws in their 80s and 90s. This home had something for everyone and it made our special family weekend so much more enjoyable. Kristi has decorated the home is an elegant yet comfortable manner with wonderful attention to detail. From her kitchen filled with everything you need to make special family meals to comfortable pillows and fun additions like large connect 4 games and ping pong tables. Thanks so much for a great stay!
