First floor: Bright and sunny open concept living room with high ceilings and a private terrace with a view of the pond, the fountain and the water lilies. Kitchen, half bath.
Spiral staircase leads to the second floor with 2 bedrooms and full bathroom.
Third floor with large master bedroom, private terrace and private bathroom.
One of the few complexes that allow weekly rentals.

Unable to access property except through broken patio door

We arrived at the property after a flight from the UK and a good drive from Boston to find that the key code given did not work and could not contact the owner. We tried the rear patio door to find that the lock was broken off so the property was unsecure. We had to book in at a motel for the night and then rebooked somewhere else after. After we had managed to contact Alex he arranged for a full refund from Vrbo

Family vacation OOB/ocean park.

We loved this place, nice and clean. Close to the beach. Great pool and pool house. Spiral staircase getting up to 2nd and 3rd floor was a bit intimating for us over 65, especially getting luggage up there. Only negative is there was no cable in the bedroom on the second floor. We did purchase one for our own use. Someone else has commented on the lack of cable a month prior to our stay. Tennis courts are on the property, it would be nice if they were lined for pickleball.

OOB is great

OOB is really nice place to visit. I will start with the good... and then explain why only gave a 3. The condo was in a great location very close to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you needed. The pool was clean and had nice chairs and tables. The condo itself had enough room for 5 to stay comfortably. I would have rated the condo 5 stars if it was clean. It was REALLY dirty. One would hope if they are paying such a high cleaning fee the place would be clean.The shower curtain had mold on it and there was a lot of dirt and dust all over. Carpets needed a shampoo. There were weird handwritten notes taped to the wall that from random people ( not the names of the owners on welcome packet). The letter told us we have to wash and dry all towels before we leave at 10 am. The tvs were not connected properly and were missing wires.The batteries were missing from the remotes. Thankfully my husband brought our Roku and extra cables and we was able to set up at least one of the tvs.

Enjoyable Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo. The complex is well maintained with beautiful ponds and fountains and within easy walking distance to the beach. The host was responsive and always got back to me quickly with any questions or concerns that we had. The condo itself was comfortable and very clean and well stocked. And the beds were super comfortable. Would definitely stay again. One thing to be aware of: there is a very steep narrow spiral staircase going from the 1st to 3rd floor. Just might be an issue for older folks or those with mobility problems.
