The space
- Both bedrooms with brand new king beds and pillow top mattresses Pull out queen sofa sleeper in living room
- 2 full bathrooms
- Fully renovated kitchen equipped with pots, pans, utensils, spices, etc.
- Ground floor unit with a private back patio and easy access to the heart of Old Town Scottsdale.
- Cox high speed Wi-Fi & Cable 55" Smart TV in living room and
50" Smart TV in bedrooms
Netflix, Hulu, Prime, etc. with guests

- 24 hour check in with digital keypad entrance
Guest access
Resort style pool & hot tub, community gym, community clubhouse & community laundry.

POOL RULES:
NO DIVING, NO GLASS IN THE POOL AREA, NO EATING, DRINKING
OR SMOKING IN THE POOL. MUST ABIDE BY POOL HOURS. (8 AM - 10 PM) ALL VIOLATIONS RESULTING IN A FINE WILL BE SENT TO THE GUESTS.
All children under the age of 16 need to be supervised at the community pool at all times, no matter what their swimming
skills. All guests are acknowledging that they will not leave any children
unattended at the community pool.***
Pets are allowed for $120 per pet and with prior host approval ***
HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING
The A/C and Heating are seasonal and controlled by community management. The change from A/C to Heat usually takes place sometime in November and
the switch from Heat to A/C is sometime in March (these dates are not set in stone). Each condo has its own thermostat so guests can control the temperature when the A/C and Heating are operating. The washer and dryer is out of the unit on a floor extremely close to the unit
