Off the front porch, through the front door, is the open living area. The living room then opens to the remodeled large kitchen with granite countertops, counter seating, and stainless steel appliances. Families enjoy multiple dining areas inside and outside.
Relax by the sunny backyard pool or on the large screened porch which overlooks the pool. There is also a covered patio under the screen porch with dining table and chairs, also by the pool, for those who have had enough "Vitamin D". The home is located in the heart of Isle of Palms with a brisk 8-10 minute walk to the nearest beach access or IOP Marina and Islander 71 Fish House & Deck Bar with Live Music.

Bedroom accommodations:
Primary Suite: King bed w/ private full bathroom w/ large walk-in shower, double sinks and private access to the front porch with golf course views.
Secondary Master: Queen bed w/private full bathroom with shower.
3rd Bedroom: Queen bed w/ shared full bathroom with shower/tub combination.
4th Bedroom: 2 Twin Beds & shared full bathroom with shower/tub combination.
Weekly rentals include linens, sheets, bath towel sets & kitchen towels. Pool towels are provided for your convenience. A complementary starter set such as small soaps, toilet paper, 1 paper towel roll, 1 sponge, 2 kitchen trash bags and 2 dishwasher pods are provided on the day of your arrival, however you should plan to replenish during your stay. The laundry room is located off of the kitchen. Please check the amenities list for specific items or message the host.
Free Wi-Fi & Internet (AT&T Fiber) and YouTube TV Subscription included. Guests will also be able to stream with their personal service.
*A golf cart can be added to your stay with separate fee and rental agreement through a preferred local vendor. Driver's License and Insurance required. Pricing varies and subject to availability.
Waterway View Cottage has a strict policy regarding: No Animals (Service or Pet). This rental property is Service Animal Exempt due to existing health diagnosis of family member. No Events or Parties. No party groups. No Smoking, No Exceptions.
The cottage has a 4 car limit on the paved driveway or covered open garage. Most guests Walk or Bike to the beach or marina. Golf carts & scooters are allowed on city streets with golf cart parking areas. There is a sidewalk and golf course on our street which leads to the popular IOP Marina and home of the Islander 71 Restaurant, which offers waterfront dining and live music. IOP's NEW Public Dock is open for fishing, and the ability to launch paddleboards and kayak.
Please note: A signed house and pool rental agreement by the guest whose name is on the reservation is required. Proof of identification of the responsible guest is required ( copy of State issued DL or government passport). Age requirement: Guest must be at least 30 years old on day of check-in. The rental agreement goes over house rules, liability, safety issues, check-in and departure instructions and pool rules, etc.
